Everything was truly wonderful during our stay at the hotel, but some details were particularly unforgettable. First of all, the hotel's tempering system and showers were incredibly high-quality. The showers were both very comfortable and very stylish; you literally feel like you're in a luxurious spa experience. They were perfect for relieving the day's fatigue, and in this respect, they far exceeded our expectations. Also, the stage shows at night were magnificent. The dance troupes were truly professional, and their stage energy was incredible. We watched the dances with great pleasure; each show was beautiful in its own way and added a very fun atmosphere to the hotel. The music, the performances, and the harmony of the troupes were truly impressive. I can say that we eagerly awaited the shows every evening. Overall, it was a holiday that we were very satisfied with, both in terms of comfort and entertainment. Thanks to the attentiveness of the staff, the atmosphere of the hotel, and the facilities it offered, we had an unforgettable experience. We would definitely consider coming back.

Booked Long Beach for a week. We were pleasantly surprised and had a fantastic holiday. Could not fault the rooms (beds very comfy!), food, entertainment amenities plus having warms slides and pools for our week was great. Special mention to the Turkish Alacart - the service and food was amazing! Also had a few niggles and the customer service team sorted this out quickly. Im not sure we would be return mainly because of the other guests! Just manners, pushing in and blatant lack of parenting (ie groups of children wandering alone at all hours around the hotel with phones). The Harmony restaurant at the back was calm and quiet and kept my sanity. Improvements for us would include - having separate smoking rooms and areas in the hotel. There was nothing worse smelling smoke in our room from a downstairs guest smoking on the balcony or when relaxing by the pool. Also a bit more control from management on kids in communal areas like the lobby - children playing football and volleyball at night whilst their parents were obliviously drinking and looking at their phones. I would recommend hotel if management could ensure that standards of behaviour are maintained.

Absolutely fantastic resort, most staff will go above and beyond to help if you ask or use a translation app. We stayed in a chalet which were very comfortable for our whole family. There more than plenty to do from 0 to 80 years old and can take the pace as you want.
