I want to warn anyone thinking about staying at this hotel. This is my fifth time staying here, and sadly it will be my last. My camera went missing, and I reported it immediately. I gave the staff the exact time and location where it disappeared, but their only response was that they couldn't find it. I asked them to check the security cameras. They later told me they had checked the footage, but the area where we were sitting wasn't visible because an umbrella was blocking the camera. I then asked to see the footage myself so I could understand how the view was blocked, but they refused, saying that it was "the hotel's policy." I still have 3 days left of my stay, and now I feel like I have to be extremely careful with all of my belongings. I strongly recommend that everyone think twice before booking this hotel. After this very disappointing experience, I will never stay here again.

It's our second visit to this hotel; however, the standards have dropped significantly. The hotel is over two hours from the airport, and this time we paid extra for a private transfer to reduce the journey time. After our first visit, we felt the hotel was worth the long journey, and we assumed that paying extra would be more convenient and allow us to avoid multiple stops at other hotels along the way. Unfortunately, the first two days have been nothing but disappointing, to the point where I have lowered my expectations from a 5* experience to a 4* one, as it more accurately reflects what the hotel now seems to offer on several levels. From the moment we checked in, we were offered a €500 room upgrade. We explained that we wanted to see our allocated room first before making a decision. We were then directed to a room at the far end of the resort. While we were initially happy with a quieter location, it meant a much longer walk to all the main facilities. As someone who works in hospitality, I couldn't help feeling that we had been deliberately allocated one of the least desirable rooms in the hope that we would pay for the upgrade. The room overlooked the ground and the roof of the lower floor, despite me specifically requesting a higher-floor room with a mountain view when booking. We received the exact opposite of what I had requested, which only reinforced the impression that we were being encouraged to pay extra. In the end, we decided to keep the room because we had already spent a considerable amount on the holiday and planned to spend most of our time outdoors. However, this was a very disappointing start to what we had hoped would be another enjoyable stay. The disappointment did not end with the room. Throughout the first two days, we noticed a decline in the overall quality of service and attention to detail compared with our previous visit. Small issues on their own may not seem significant, but together they created the impression that standards are no longer at the level expected from a 5-star hotel. We chose to return because our first stay was excellent, and we were genuinely looking forward to another memorable holiday. Instead, we have spent the beginning of our stay feeling frustrated and disappointed.On arrival, we noticed that our minibar had not been replenished. It took three separate requests before it was finally restocked. We even asked and tipped a member of staff we met in the corridor, but this made no difference. Only after our third complaint did someone come to resolve the issue. We also had to ask and tip the housekeeping staff in the corridor just to have our coffee and tea station replenished, which should have been done as part of the daily room service. The dining experience was another disappointment. Both breakfast and dinner felt more like a busy canteen than a 5-star resort. There were queues to be seated, queues at the food stations, and much of the hot food was only lukewarm. While there was a wide variety of dishes available, the overall dining experience did not match the standard we expected. Lunch was a better experience, as the snack bars around the pools offered a good selection of food and were much less crowded. We also booked the à la carte restaurants, expecting a higher standard of food and service. Unfortunately, our first visit fell well below expectations. Water was served in plastic bottles rather than glass, we were forgotten when it came to our salad course, and the cheese served was clearly an end piece that should never have been presented to guests. Both the starter and the main course were not edible and far from memorable, and we decided to leave before dessert. We now have two more à la carte reservations, but instead of looking forward to them, we are genuinely concerned that the experience will be just as disappointing. The main reason we chose to return was the excellent outdoor facilities. The water park and football pitch are perfect for our family and remain one of the hotel's strongest features. Although we have not taken part in the organised entertainment, it is clear that the entertainment team provides a wide variety of activities throughout the day and evening, offering something for guests of all ages. When it comes to the staff, there are a handful of individuals who have been friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, this has been the exception rather than the rule. Most employees do not appear to understand what genuine 5-star customer service should look like. Simple courtesies such as greeting guests when passing by or stepping aside to allow guests to walk first are often missing. Having worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, I know these are among the most basic standards of professional service, yet they seem to have been forgotten here. I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this feedback constructively. Returning guests choose to come back because of the positive experiences they have had in the past, and it is disappointing to see those standards slipping. There is still time for the hotel to improve the remainder of our stay, and I hope they will make the effort to restore our confidence. At this stage, I cannot say that the experience reflects the premium price we have paid. We expected the same high standard we enjoyed during our first visit, but so far, the hotel has not delivered.

We had an amazing holiday at Long Beach Alanya! The entertainment team were fantastic – always full of energy, friendly, and made every day so much fun. A special thank you to the Mini Club staff, who were wonderful with the children and made them feel happy, safe, and excited to come back every day. Their kindness and enthusiasm really made our family holiday extra special. Highly recommend!

We heard about this resort from our agency .they reccomend us best resort in alanya . Because everything is possobile do here ,for family many activtys for everyone and for couples they good suit room and litteraly love it. drink and stuff soo quick and frinedly .last of animation so energtic and helpful . We loved entertainment here especially moto moto is so nice guy. Defintly you need to visit this hotel .
