Where do i start with this review. Pools are cold unless you wanna squeeze into a pool with the slides with nowhere to sit. Swim up pool is freezing everytime kkds go in they wanna get back out and lips go blue. Have to walk to other end of hotel to watch any entertainment and then sit outside on concrete. Fun fair rides dont open untill tje evening which is a joke tjey have animals in a fenced off area all in together look poorly looked after. When you try to go bed at 10.30pm all you hear is the music the traffic and then people running up and down outside room slamming doors. Food is awful have ended up with poos so did 2 other members of our party from eating the food. Staff walking around resturant on there phones. 1 bumped into my wife with a trolley and just kept walking. If we could of got a flight home after 3 days here we would of worst holiday experience we have ever had even the kids are asking to go home. Currently sat in the room at 11pm and all i can hear is the road traffic music and then people running around outside my door. How are you meant to have a nice relaxed family meal when you have skanky cats wondering around by your feet its a massive hygiene issue and its absolutly disscusting when we 1st arrived there was a cat in our room which is appealing the bellboy just laughed. Staff at dinner still walking around texting on there phones in the whole week we have been asked if we wanted a drink at dinner 1 time. I would like all my money back for a holiday stayed whixh has been less then plesant its been more like a nightmare. I WOULD NEVER COME AND STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN WORST PLACE OVE EVER STAYED ALL THE PICTURE ARE DEFFO NOT WHAT THIS PLACE REALLY IS.

What makes this place a good family holiday is the size and variety of the hotel. Plenty for kids to do. Plenty of food choices and restaurants to pick from. Events all day and night.

Very good restaurant and service is excelent.Fatih service who works in the main restaurant is very good.
