The hotel is just amazing. There is so much to do and the animation workers are very nice and funny, for example: Yonica. We really like our hotelroom as well.

Second time here and still a lot of positive surprises. Staff is helful and armosphere is great.

Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel: there was a wide variety of food, plenty of activities for children, many pools, and entertainment. It was a pleasant surprise that a couple of the pools were saltwater pools, and the children’s pools were heated (although one was unheated and had cooler water). We were also traveling with an 8-month-old baby. One major downside was that in the children’s dining area there was no fenced-off baby area where the baby could safely play, explore, or look around while the older children and parents were eating.

The towels were not changed during our stay, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. There was very little hot food available, and some of the food that we selected to be cooked was sometimes burnt.
