Excellent food and drink and facility’s

I would like to express my disappointment regarding several issues I experienced during my stay at Long Beach Resort Turkey. Firstly, the housekeeping service was very poor. Cleaners would wake us up early in the morning asking if they could clean the room. However, when we returned two hours later, the room was often still not cleaned. In addition, the bed sheets provided were dirty and appeared not to have been changed properly. I reported this issue to the receptionist, but unfortunately no action was taken and the problem continued. Another major issue was the service at the nightclub/bar. Some bartenders were rude and unprofessional. In particular, a bartender named Ouzkhan refused to serve us on several occasions and gave us unfriendly looks, making us feel unwelcome as guests. The food selection was also disappointing. There were very limited options available, and it felt like the same meals were being served every day, especially fish. For a resort of this size, I expected much more variety. I was also unhappy with the constant pressure from staff promoting Turkish bath services. While I understand they are trying to advertise additional services, several staff members continued approaching us even after we had clearly declined, which became uncomfortable and annoying. Furthermore, during dinner it was often difficult to find drinks or get served beverages while eating, which negatively affected the dining experience. Overall, I feel that the quality of service did not meet the standards expected from a resort of this reputation. The lack of response after reporting issues to reception was particularly disappointing. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that improvements are made to prevent future guests from having a similar experience

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at Long Beach Hotel and it was simply mind blowing. There is nothing they don’t have. Food, accommodation, service all top notch. We‘re definitely coming back many more times! Thank you to the whole team at Long Beach Hotel in Alanya!

Went with husband, a 2,5 year old and 4 month old baby. Got upgraded for a better room with direct stairs to pool for 350 euro. Never used it as the sun quickly disappeared in that area. Really disappointed as I was looking forward to use the pool and sunbath while kids took a nap. The room service was ok. Mini fridge not automatically restocked, and thin covers in bed. The room got too moist when AC was off, so I had to put extra covers on the kids, or else they’d be cold. Cleaning ok. No cold water in fridges around the hotel (probably because of too many guests), For small children, there is great splash areas and facilities. The Luna park and kids club are also great. Beach also very nice but no beach bar or service at the beach. The food was very bad. No variation, long queues, no fast service. I even got a bad stomach infection and went to the hospital. Today, I still feel bad. The last 2 days I only ate coco pops cereal and watermelon. I always get ice coffee when going on vacation. But no iced coffee at this hotel. So disappointing.. Overall, ok experience. But the hotel was too big and busy for a family like us. Too stimulating for all of us. I will definitely not go there again.
