AVOID AVOID AVOID This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at provided by TUI This is not a 4* hotel as TUI advertise its 2* at best We booked this holiday as a family of 3, we arrived at the hotel at 1:30 in the morning and when we got to our room there was no bed for our daughter. It took until 3:30 am to get her a bed and bedding and when the mattress arrived it was heavily stained with blood and vomit - no one would wish their child to sleep on, especially a child recovering from cancer treatment!!!! We complained and it took until the following evening for it to be changed! We complained three times that we hadn’t been left any towels after housekeeping had been into the room and for three consecutive mornings we were left with no running water in the room!!! The staff are rude and barely speak English, they serve local people over you despite queuing and you have to use a translator app for them to understand what you are asking for!! As for the food, well there is little choice, hardly any labelling and it's slightly warm - terrible. During our stay it was the Turkish festival of Kurban Bayrami, we were asked to move from our sunbeds to make room for the local people to take part and for some inflatable objects. There was a variety of different foods and drinks being prepared and we were told they weren’t for us, just for the locals. Whilst we support local traditions, we had paid for all inclusive but were not welcome to partake during this festival that took over the grounds of the hotel. The rooms are dated, unclean and dirty, we had to wash mugs up on our arrival, shower rails are hanging off and door frames unfinished. Not a 4* Avoid this hotel if you are English and wanting a nice Turkish family holiday

I would honestly advise anyone to go here amazing staff and my words for this place was paradise I can't wait to go back my holiday was incredible thank you too all the staff

We have a perfect active sport holiday in Marti Myra Kemer. Their Marti Sports Academy is great for all sport lovers, especially tennis academy for children and yoga sessions.

I highly recommend Club Mecicana s Pizza chef Göksel bey’s pizza it’s very delicious. Must try out his pizza!

Location is lovely, beautiful trees lots of swimming pools unfortunately there was building works going on which we had not been made aware of. Atmosphere if you are British is awful the hotel guests are predominantly Russian and it is quiet obviously that pretty much most of the staff flavour them which was evident when my husband was waiting to be served at the patisserie and was bluntly ignored by staff in flavour of other nationalist it was only when another guest said he was next did he get served. The rooms are in need of updating and look nothing like they are advertised, some of the rooms the air conditioning can not be set below 22 therefore was blowing out hot when we asked about this was told it was because it was cold at night we tried to explain that it wasn’t cold for us and could it be turned down but was told it couldn’t, only after we spoke to love holidays who contacted the hotel was told they would move us to a better room the room which by no means was better it was very dark with hardly any furniture also nearly to the building work, The cleaners did not clean our room as there was still toothpaste and hair in the sink a squashed bug was left on wall for 2 days which had been there on our arrival our cups were not washed which I then did for our time there. We have stayed at many all inclusive hotels all over the world and are very aware food is not often hot but our last evening we went to eat and not only was the food not topped up it was cold. On our last day we was aware that check out was 12 but we were not being collected until 18;45 when we asked about extending our room was told it was 10 e a hour which would have been 50e I said we had not arrived until 23:00 so had lost that day therefore I would not pay that amount she also told us our room would be busy, asked where we could shower told there was no where as spa is not open, it was only after I asked for the manager and told her that our whole experience had been awful and that we felt the hotel was racitst towards it British guests did we get the matter resolved allowing us to stay in our room after the manager said that the reception staff did not know. But I would like to say that Baris at the food court was very friendly and welcoming and makes an amazing chicken wrap, also Ogaza not sure if spelt right the barman/ waiter from the pavilion was also amazing very friendly and ensured we had drinks, They both always greeted us with a smile.
