Amazing trip at the hotel, the animation team, especially Muhammet were really welcoming and kind and very helpful and entertaining. The club, the food and everything was genuinely amazing.

AVOID AVOID AVOID This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at provided by TUI This is not a 4* hotel as TUI advertise its 2* at best We booked this holiday as a family of 3, we arrived at the hotel at 1:30 in the morning and when we got to our room there was no bed for our daughter. It took until 3:30 am to get her a bed and bedding and when the mattress arrived it was heavily stained with blood and vomit - no one would wish their child to sleep on, especially a child recovering from cancer treatment!!!! We complained and it took until the following evening for it to be changed! We complained three times that we hadn’t been left any towels after housekeeping had been into the room and for three consecutive mornings we were left with no running water in the room!!! The staff are rude and barely speak English, they serve local people over you despite queuing and you have to use a translator app for them to understand what you are asking for!! As for the food, well there is little choice, hardly any labelling and it's slightly warm - terrible. During our stay it was the Turkish festival of Kurban Bayrami, we were asked to move from our sunbeds to make room for the local people to take part and for some inflatable objects. There was a variety of different foods and drinks being prepared and we were told they weren’t for us, just for the locals. Whilst we support local traditions, we had paid for all inclusive but were not welcome to partake during this festival that took over the grounds of the hotel. The rooms are dated, unclean and dirty, we had to wash mugs up on our arrival, shower rails are hanging off and door frames unfinished. Not a 4* Avoid this hotel if you are English and wanting a nice Turkish family holiday

This has been the worst holiday we have experienced through Tui. We have holidayed in Turkey through many times but this has really made us think twice before booking again. The hotel is advertised as a 4 star plus . Certainly not worth anything like that. This hotel should not be advertised to English people as they are not welcome. The staff do not speak English and use phones to translate. We arrived at 1.30 am to be met with a receptionist who did not speak English and could not tell us any information. My daughters room had not bed for my 16 year old granddaughter and it took visits back to reception and 3 hours to get one which, when arrived you wouldn’t allow a dog to sleep on, it was filthy and badly stained, it then took the whole of the next day and 5 visits back to reception to get it changed. The Tui rep never showed up at the hotel for the so called meet and greet so we had to get the epitomise to call him, he arrived an hour later and promised to sort out all the issues we were having but haven’t seen ior heard from him since. There was a Turkish festival one day and lots of food and drink was prepared however it was made perfectly clear we could not have this as it was for the Turkish guests even though we have paid a lot of money for all inclusive!! Not acceptable

I would honestly advise anyone to go here amazing staff and my words for this place was paradise I can't wait to go back my holiday was incredible thank you too all the staff

We have a perfect active sport holiday in Marti Myra Kemer. Their Marti Sports Academy is great for all sport lovers, especially tennis academy for children and yoga sessions.
