I wasn’t sure whether to rate this hotel as a true 5-star property, and after spending a week here, I can confidently say that it falls well short of that standard. We stayed from 7 July onwards. Our first impression was very positive—the surroundings are absolutely beautiful. The hotel is set in a stunning location with breathtaking mountain views, a large green territory, and plenty of vegetation, making it a relaxing place to walk around. The sea is crystal clear, although some rubbish occasionally washes ashore. Since the beach is covered in pebbles, I would definitely recommend bringing water shoes for easier access to the water. The food is average. There is a decent variety during the first few days, but after about five days the menu becomes repetitive and there is very little new to try. There is a good selection of fruit, although much of it could have been riper. On the other hand, the desserts are quite enjoyable. The bars around the resort serve a wide range of drinks, so finding something to your taste is never an issue. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. Our experience with the accommodation and cleanliness was extremely disappointing. We were checked into our room at around 4:00 p.m., roughly two hours later than the standard check-in time. The first family room we were given was unacceptable for a hotel advertising itself as five stars. The furniture was old and worn, the wallpaper was peeling, there was a strong unpleasant smell, and the entire room looked outdated and neglected. We understand that hotels offer different room categories at different price points, but this was far below what anyone should expect from a 5-star resort. After speaking with reception, we were moved to another family room located much farther away. While the hotel’s grounds are extensive and beautiful, walking back and forth can become inconvenient, especially since the golf carts are mainly used for luggage transport. Although the second room looked slightly more modern and smelled fresher, it still had serious cleanliness issues. There was a finger-thick layer of dust under the beds, the rug was extremely dirty, the curtains looked as though they hadn’t been washed in years, several pieces of furniture were chipped, and one wardrobe door was barely attached. It genuinely felt as though deep cleaning was never carried out. Housekeeping was also disappointing. The beds were made every day, but the pillows and blankets still had the same creases, making us question whether the bed linen had actually been changed. Despite there being four guests in the room, housekeeping would sometimes leave only two towels. During the last two days of our stay, the air conditioning stopped working in the main bedroom, and we also noticed that the main restaurant’s air conditioning struggled to keep the dining area cool. The bathroom itself was acceptable, but the overall construction quality felt cheap, and many of the fixtures showed clear signs of poor maintenance and inadequate cleaning. Overall, this hotel is, at best, an average resort. The location and natural surroundings are genuinely beautiful, but they simply cannot compensate for the poor room quality, lack of cleanliness, inconsistent housekeeping, and maintenance issues. If you’re booking because it’s advertised as a 5-star Ultra All Inclusive hotel, I would strongly recommend lowering your expectations. Sadly, we left feeling disappointed, and despite the wonderful setting, we would not return or recommend this hotel to others.

Absolutely outstanding — truly one of the best spa experiences I have ever had. From the very first moment, the entire Spa team made me feel not just welcome, but genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to **Said, Kuralay, Sah, and Sam** — each of you brought something unique, yet together created a perfectly seamless and unforgettable experience. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality was simply exceptional. Said’s calm and reassuring presence immediately set the tone for relaxation. Kuralay’s precision and care were remarkable — you can tell there is real passion and expertise behind every movement. Sah brought such positive energy and attentiveness, always one step ahead in anticipating needs without ever being intrusive. And Sam — absolutely fantastic — ensuring everything ran smoothly and that every detail was just right. What truly sets this team apart is that they don’t just deliver a “service” — they create an **experience**. Every touch, every gesture, every small interaction felt thoughtful and intentional. The atmosphere was perfectly balanced: deeply relaxing yet uplifting, luxurious yet incredibly personal. It’s rare to come across a team that works so harmoniously together, where each person contributes to a flawless overall experience. You can feel the dedication, the pride, and the genuine care they have for their guests. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, refreshed, and already looking forward to my next visit. Without any doubt, this Spa — and especially this incredible team — is a true highlight of the hotel. Thank you again, Said, Kuralay, Sah, and Sam, for making this such a memorable experience. Wonderful boat trip with A...! We vacationed at Marti Myra in June with my three children, and one of the absolute highlights of our trip was a boat excursion organized by a wonderful man whose name starts with A (sadly, I can't recall the full name, but he is the main organizer of boat trips at the hotel!). He is incredibly polite, well-mannered, and professional. From the very first moment, the service was top-notch. He made sure that both I and all three of my kids felt completely safe, comfortable, and entertained. The boat trip itself was stunning and perfectly organized. If you are staying at Marti Myra, definitely look for him — his high-quality service and warm hospitality will make your vacation unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Some places leave you feeling not only rested, but stronger, happier, and with memories that stay in your heart. We first discovered Martı Myra because they welcome pets. We were looking for a place where we could truly enjoy a holiday together with our little Yorkshire Terrier, Bam Bam. We had no idea that one decision would lead us to such a special experience. We loved it so much that we came back again not long after. I think that says everything. First of all, my heartfelt thanks go to Ayten Hanım and to every single member of the team, even those whose names I unfortunately don’t know. Your kindness, warmth and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. It was an unforgettable holiday for my mother, Bam Bam and me. And yes… I can confidently say that Bam Bam loved you too. 😊 Martı Sports Academy was the biggest surprise of this holiday. It reminded me how much sport can enrich my life. I tried boxing for the very first time, and thanks to Maxim, I had the opportunity to discover a strength I didn’t know I had. Every strength class was inspiring, motivating and incredibly enjoyable. Perhaps the best part was that I left not only with tired muscles, but also feeling happier and a little closer to myself. A special thank you to Anna for her patience, attention to every little detail and the thoughtful corrections that helped me improve with every class. Another thank you goes to the Fly Yoga instructor. Playing with gravity while the sea is just a few steps away is an experience that’s difficult to put into words. And Aqua Fit… I only discovered it during the last days of our stay—thanks to a little encouragement—and I absolutely loved it! I only wish I had joined from the very first day. Who knew getting stronger could be this much fun? The food also deserves a special mention. Every meal offered wonderful variety, excellent quality and delicious flavours. Then there is Tekirova itself… majestic mountains, the crystal-clear Mediterranean Sea, and the breathtaking ancient city of Phaselis all come together to create an unforgettable setting. Spending time with the people you love, relaxing and growing stronger in such beautiful surroundings is truly something special. Thank you, Martı Myra, for the new experiences, the wonderful people we met, the confidence we gained and the memories we will carry with us for many years to come. We hope to see you again very soon.

Amazing trip at the hotel, the animation team, especially Muhammet were really welcoming and kind and very helpful and entertaining. The club, the food and everything was genuinely amazing.
