We have been coming to this hotel on and off for about thirty years. I first came as a child, then a few times through the early 2000s, then again in 2017, and now this July with my partner and our two boys. Fourteen nights, 19 July to 1 August, block 13, room 1336. I mention all that because I am not someone who turned up once and had a bad week. I keep coming back, and I want to be honest about what I found. The grounds are the reason we return. I have not seen a hotel anywhere, online or in person, as green as this one. They are beautifully kept and spotless and it is genuinely lovely to walk around. Whatever else I say below, that part is still worth the trip. The staff too, mostly. The animation team were great, I ended up playing water polo with them nearly every day. The lifeguards always said hello and were lovely with our kids. Bagus in the coffee bar was a highlight of every morning, very friendly and the coffee was properly good. Sam in the spa deserves a mention as well, we had some great conversations and he was always a laugh with the children. Housekeeping were fine, no complaints there. Now the rest. The air conditioning only goes down to 19 degrees and there is no way to set it lower. In Antalya in late July that is just not enough. I appreciate that is probably not a cheap thing to change, but people booking in high season should know. The TV works, but the system is old and not obvious to use, and we had to get a technician out more than once. What you get is basically a preview channel. Most hotels have Netflix or something similar now. Towels were not replaced on several occasions over the two weeks. In some of the public toilets the hand soap was clearly watered down, it was thin and would not lather, and in others there was simply no soap at all for days at a time. The ironing saga sums the place up. We asked for an iron and board and it came within a couple of hours, no problem. Five days later the board was removed from the room without anyone telling us. When I rang to ask why, I was told you only get an hour with it. Nobody had mentioned that when they gave it to us, and if that rule really exists then either reception invented it on the spot or the operation is simply not consistent. Either way it was news to me after five days of having it. Then it happened again. On more than one occasion the iron turned up on its own and the gentleman bringing it seemed surprised a board was also needed. We waited another hour, and when the board finally arrived it was broken and would not stand up. Clearly nobody had checked it. By that point we needed to leave for dinner, so I went in an unironed shirt. Not a disaster in itself, but spending your evening chasing an ironing board around a five star hotel is not what you book for. There are broken sun beds in a few spots around the property that look like they have just been left rather than replaced. We made quite a few calls to reception in the first week. To be fair to the man dealing with us, he was clearly trying his best. It is not really about individual staff, it is the attention to detail across the place. Food was up and down. Salads were fresh, and the eggs and omelettes were excellent. The meat was often chewy and not the quality it should be. Five to seven out of ten depending on the day. Honestly this is the thing I have watched get worse over the years more than anything else. The gym has most of what you need but the equipment is dated. One final point, and I am raising it factually rather than making any accusation. A pair of AirPods Pro left charging on the bedside table went missing on our last morning. Find My subsequently showed them at a location away from the hotel that we have never visited. I have emailed the hotel with screenshots and asked them to look into it. At the time of writing I have not had a response. I will update this review once they reply, and I would rather report that they handled it well. Overall the hotel looks much the same as it did when we last came, and the places around it have moved on. It needs money spending on it. Most of what annoyed me is cheap to fix, which is the frustrating part. The staff are doing their bit. The hotel needs to do its. Three stars, and I would happily come back if they sorted the basics out.

It’s already second year we have spent our family holidays at this hotel in Tekirova and very appreciated a phantastic combination of hospitality service and great activities for adults and kids from Sport Academy - Yoga every morning and evening, kickboxing, tennis, volleyball , aquagymnastic, billiards, etc. - everything for free for everyone!!! First time in my life I’ve experienced FLY-Yoga and floating yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ Thank you very much, Sport Academy guys, Elena, Max, Anna & Yana - you all are amazing trainers!!!

My parents went to the hotel for full two weeks of vacation, we booked through a very good agency from Serbia, after even two days of staying in the hotel, they called me to notify me about the situation in the Hotel and the service they have. First of all, the staff is very un polite, especially people working at a reception area, which are not looking to assist and help the elder in anything. When we were making the booking, we notify the Hotel that we want the room to be close to the Reception since one of the parents had a hip surgery recently. When they arrived, they were given the room far away from the main part of the hotel and the reception, with an explanation from the staff that only that room is ready. Cleaning of the room is very bad and very low level, towels are not changed every day so you need to notify the Reception and beg to get to clean towels. Water in the mini bar is not filled and added on every day so you must call again the Reception to beg for it. My father had a problem with the mosquitoes in the room and with the spiders so he had a lot of bites on him. The food is so and so, for the prices that this Hotel charges it must be much much better (Today they had a fish for the dinner and few hours after it, my father has stomach problems). Sun beds on the beach and on the mall are very dirty and most of them are broken. It happens that a lot of stuff in the room that you leave can be stolen, in the mini bar, my father left a bottle of his drink, and when he came back from the beach, the bottle was half empty, while his friends who are in the other room, had a situation where some of their T-shirts and clothes were stolen. If it happens to you that your cards for the room are not working. You need to go by foot to the whole complex to the Reception area and there you will be facing very impolite stuff that will do all not to assist you and even laugh at you if you don’t understand them what they’re saying. After this vacation, my parents would never come back to this hotel, over the last 15 years, they have been traveling only to Turkey and staying in top hotels. For the amount of money that was given to the hotel for the service and the vacation it’s not worth it, we would never recommend to somebody to stay and visit this hotel. Beach an the sea are very beautiful, concept of the hotel is good, but the stuff And the management of the Hotel is not doing the business good. First of all, they need to take care of their guests in the right manner, and after that to fix all of the things to make a vacation for somebody very pleasant.
