Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort

We visited the Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort as a family of four in early July, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had in Turkey. Room & Amenities: We stayed in a Terrace Laguna Family Suite with direct pool access, which was modern, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The resort itself is highly contemporary and offers an endless variety of activities. Every morning, we received a detailed daily schedule of activities tailored for both adults and children, making it easy to plan our days. Service & Safety: The service here is impeccable. There were always lifeguards on duty at every pool, giving us great peace of mind with the kids. The waiters were exceptionally attentive and fast, constantly checking in to see if we needed anything. Kids Club: The kids club is phenomenal! It offers countless attractions and entertainment options. You can easily leave your children under the professional care of the staff, and a massive bonus is that the kids club stays open until 2 AM! Dining: The food was incredibly diverse and high quality; there is truly something for everyone. The à la carte restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors are fantastic, and premium alcohol is served at every single bar. We highly recommend the Steak House by the golf course and the Teppanyaki show, which was an amazing highlight for the whole family. Maxx Assistant & VIP Departure: A special mention must go to the Maxx Assistant service. Having a personal assistant who guides, helps, and advises you throughout the stay changes everything. We were looked after by Mr. Mohammed, and we want to thank him personally for his outstanding care, dedication, and constant communication. To top it all off, the hotel surprised us at check-out with a CIP Lounge Voucher, which gave us fast-track access and entry to the lounge at the airport – a wonderfully comfortable way to end our holiday. Summary: Maxx Royal Belek is easily one of the top luxury resorts in Turkey. We will definitely be visiting other Maxx Royal properties in the future and cannot wait for their upcoming resort in the Maldives! 10/10 highly recommended.

A special thank you to our assistants, Esra and Emre, who were incredibly kind, calm, and professional throughout our stay. They were always happy to answer our questions and made us feel welcome. The hotel itself is large and offers plenty of activities, so there is always something to do. We also really enjoyed the evening entertainment, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The only downside was that many of the staff members spoke Russian and no English. Most conversations started in Russian, which was difficult for us as we don’t speak the language. The service was generally good, although it could be better in the dining hall. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for its facilities, entertainment, and the excellent support provided by Esra and Emre.

This is our third stay at Maxx Royal Belek. We’ve experienced many other hotels, but if we’re coming back anywhere, it’s here. The level of service has never disappointed us. We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel in June while celebrating milestone birthdays as a group of four women, and from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself is truly first class in every way. The location was perfect, only around five minutes by taxi from the shops, restaurants, and the weekly Saturday Bazaar, which was lovely to visit. Prior to our stay, I had emailed the hotel with a few requests and to let them know we were celebrating birthdays. From the very beginning, the level of communication and care was outstanding. Every interaction made us feel valued and genuinely looked after. After a long journey, we received such a wonderful welcome at check-in with champagne, caviar, and chocolate-dipped strawberries, and the check-in process itself was smooth, effortless, and seamless. We stayed in a Family Land Terrace two-bedroom suite within the main hotel, which was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a balcony, mini fridge, and separate bathrooms for each bedroom. When we arrived at our room, we were completely overwhelmed by the thoughtful touches waiting for us. There were birthday throws, balloons, sparkling wine, chocolates, fruit, and additional strawberries — we felt incredibly spoiled and truly special. The rooms had everything you needed and more. The guest relations app was fantastic and incredibly convenient. A special thank you to Oulaiya and Mohammed El Amine Znaidi, who are absolute assets to the hotel. Their communication was exceptional, with daily updates and prompt responses to every request and question. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the service we received throughout our stay was genuinely first class. I could go on and on about how special this trip was. We feel so fortunate to have chosen Maxx Royal to celebrate such an important occasion. We dined at every restaurant during our stay and simply could not fault any of them. The food, service, and overall experience at each venue were outstanding. I would also like to give special recognition to Ivetta Bonhar — thank you for everything, highly professional and really cared about the guest experience and to Aysegul Kalkan, who looked after us daily at the 16+ pool. Her attentive service, warmth, and kindness made every day even more enjoyable. She is a truly lovely person and a credit to the hotel. One day we had a Pier Pavillion which was just an amazing day, service was on point. If I had one tiny criticism it was the entertainment within the hotel bar itself there could have been singers on with more British Music, if you didn't want to see the acts at the Stage or go to the Tangerine Club but to be honest I am just being very picky. I would return in a heartbeat it would just be another impressive addition. The level of service throughout our stay was beyond anything we could have hoped for. Every member of staff made us feel welcomed, cared for, and appreciated. Maxx Royal delivered a truly first-class experience and created memories that we will treasure forever. I cannot wait to return and would thoroughly recommend the Maxx Royal Golf Resort.
