Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort

We booked 7 nights through Jet2 Indulgent Escapes, at the time of booking, Jet 2 were offering free seats and meals – an excellent deal, so took advantage of this which included extra leg room seats free, and also a private return transfer to the hotel. Our last stay here was 4 years ago and we had a lovely welcome and offered Champagne, Chocolate Covered Strawberries & Caviar. Our WhatsApp contacts were Burak and Selma, Burak ensured a smooth check in and escorted us to our room, I had requested a particular room, but this was occupied and the room we stayed in was in an even better location – Thank you. Seaview suites have the most amazing view and the set up is fantastic. Maid service daily was performed by Gulum to a fantastic standard – replacing towels, linen, toiletries daily when required, also turn down service with slippers and a chocolate each evening Mini bar was topped up daily with drinks and snacks. FOOD & DRINK We never once ventured into the buffet as we both prefer waiter service. We used the 24hour restaurant, Italian Turkish Fish and Steak restaurants – 24 hour mainly for breakfast and dinner, with great service and amazing food. Italian was our go to for lunch – again with amazing service from all the staff Turkish was great – all restaurants had lots of choice. Fish is not my fave – but that’s just a personal choice and the food was very good. POOLS Main pool Adult Pool Heated Saltwater pool Indoor pool Our go to pool, was the adult pool with excellent service again from all the staff Ice boxes were brought out towards the end of our stay and also QR codes for ordering direct to your sunbed. The Gym facilities and classes looked amazing, but we didn’t use them 😊 We had a stroll over to the waterpark which was closed, but looks fantastic for the children during the summer, this is set away from the hotel by the golf course, so quite separate to all the main pools. We used the Lobby Bar, but our favourite bar for pre and after dinner drinks was the Jay lounge, all the barmen were highly skilled mixologists, Okan, Salih and Suleyman, made us some amazing cocktails, all were really friendly. Sundown drinks were often at the beach bar where we caught up with Hazuli, who remembered us from our visit 4 years ago! Amazing, he was so friendly and chatty, a fantastic waiter. Horse Lounge is where all the entertainment took place and we saw some really good bands in here and they go to so much trouble setting up the bar with Cars, Bikes, Red Carpet props, fab waiter service here and enough tables to accommodate all the guests with special cocktails to order, which were slightly different to our go to cocktails, but still excellent. We ate at the Bueno steak house and it was a really lovely evening in the most beautiful surroundings, we got the buggy to the restaurant and had a fabulous table overlooking the 19th hole, what a view, simply stunning. Our waiter Akif was very knowledgeable and showed us the various steaks on a trolley and explained each one, we opted for the fillet and Dallas and they were equally lovely. We were so lucky to get the most amazing weather in March and hope to return again. Special thanks to our Assistants Burak and Selma for assisting us during our stay and booking our restaurants and answering all our questions almost instantly. We received free cip fast track at the airport, our voucher was delivered to our room by our lovely assistant, the perfect end to a perfect holiday. I noticed recently that you cannot message members on TripAdvisor anymore, but there is a Facebook group for the hotel called Maxx Royalties Belek which had lots of useful information. We had the most incredible stay at Maxx Royal and we owe so much of that to Salava and Zehra. They were not just professional and incredibly friendly, but they went above and beyond as personal assistants. They truly are an asset to Maxx Royal. Their warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable, and we’re so happy to have met them!

His service was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and highly professional at all times. We would also like to highlight the excellent support we received during our golf experience. Kemal Marangoz ensured everything ran smoothly and made our time on the course truly enjoyable. Overall, this was a perfect holiday with exceptional service in every aspect. We recently stayed at Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort and had a truly outstanding experience. Overall, everything we expect from a high-end luxury resort was fully met. The level of service, attention to detail, and the overall atmosphere made our stay both relaxing and memorable. A special thank you goes to our Maxx Assistants, Esra and Emre, who were extremely attentive, professional, and always ready to assist us with great care. Their support made our entire stay seamless and very enjoyable. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the helicopter tour. It was perfectly organized and truly unforgettable. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the pilots, Captain Mesut and Captain Yavuz, who were both highly professional, very kind, and made us feel completely safe and comfortable throughout the experience. In addition, the hotel’s photography team was excellent — very friendly, professional, and able to capture beautiful moments from our stay. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium and luxurious holiday experience. We spent a wonderful week‑long holiday here in April and everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel exceeded our expectations — from the spacious and spotlessly clean room to the delicious food and beautifully maintained grounds.
