Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort

Every single detail was thoughtfully planned to create the best possible guest experience. We spent five unforgettable days at the hotel, and every member of staff was exceptional. Smiles, genuine warmth, and a “can-do” attitude were always present throughout our stay. From the Aquapark waiters and staff to Batuhan and Ibrahim at Safran Restaurant, and also all staff in Maxxi Land ,everyone consistently went above and beyond to make our holiday truly special. A very special thank you goes to our Maxx Assistants, Esra and Emre. They were always available whenever we needed them, incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional. They made us feel like valued VIP guests, ensuring every request was handled quickly and with genuine care. Their personal attention made a real difference to our holiday, and they are a true credit to the hotel. You should all be incredibly proud of what you’ve created. We can’t wait to see the hotel after the renovations and look forward to returning.

Amazing service from all the staff throughout our stay. Our personal advisor, Zehra, was exceptional. Whenever we needed advice or assistance, she was always quick to respond to our messages and was incredibly helpful. We loved the food, and there was always plenty of space available around the pool, even when we were with our small children. We were never disappointed. The fact that towels and water were already provided made everything so much easier and allowed us to enjoy our day without any hassle. Overall, this is a 5+ star hotel. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciate everything you did for us.

Stayed 4 nights in July as a family of 4. Terrace Suite was very large, spacious and well equipped with a jacuzzi on the balcony and a view of the terrace pool and waterpark. Jacuzzi didn’t produce many bubbles and leaked over the terrace but was still nice. Large wardrobes, safe and bathroom (with toilet, sink, shower all in one room which is becoming rare but is our preference). Lovely pools including a huge main pool by the sea, beautiful lagoon-style Maldives pool with sandy areas for sunbeds, and quiet large terrace pool with cabanas we always used for free as the pool was really quiet. Could have benefited from having sunbeds. The aqua park was easily walkable from the terrace suites but anywhere else would be accessed via a free shuttle. The watersides were really good for my teens (better than the Cullinan where we went straight after). I feel the Maxx should have had an outdoor jacuzzi, we would have used it. Beach was beautiful, lots of water sports. Games room was good but the hotel grounds are so spread out that when my 17 yr old son took a shuttle to the football court, there were much younger kids playing so he left. We believe there were other activities in that area but couldn’t be bothered to take shuttles from outside the main reception, especially in the heat. The layout made accessing different activities as a family a bit inconvenient, meaning we didn’t use as many as we’d hoped. Most À la carte restaurants were included and were very good. A few times around the pool I struggled to get dry sparkling wine but when I asked specifically for Chandon Brut, it was provided, although this was inconsistent. Service was a high standard generally and the Maxx assistant was helpful, especially during check in. Shows were quite good and we were pleased that the football World Cup was shown inside and outside. Would highly recommend!

The entire resort is located close to the sea, I decided to come and spend my birthday here and I wouldn’t have wanted to spend it anywhere else. I stayed in a villa and it was incredibly great. The rooms were vast, lot of storage and very clean. Have to say it’s worth it’s value and it’s really quite throughout the day. Perfect vacation, the staff hospitality was the best of it all. Very friendly, fast working and lovely people. I would want to specifically leave a massive thanks to Kemal, who has outdone himself with his service and tremendous help during our stay, making the service here better than anywhere else i’ve seen. Thank you Maxx Royal, I will be back again, hopefully sooner than later!

Just returned from a lovely 2 week holiday at Maxx Royal, Belek. The grounds are lovely, quite spacious and well set out. The restaurants were good, with great choice. The service at Twenty 4 could have been better. I’m not sure the à la carte restaurants live up to the ones we have visited at other hotels or were worth the extra charge. Felt very rushed and staff at the Steak restaurant in particular weren’t very friendly. The staff in general were polite and helpful. The bar/waiters and waitresses pool side are some of the hardest working staff we have come across. They were always so friendly and incredibly attentive. Ali Bostan looked after us all for the majority of the week and his service was excellent. We played tennis or padel most days and the staff were great here. Worth mentioning though, that the padel was an extra charge which is expected, but every time we played either tennis or padel these courts were empty over the full 2 weeks. I think £90 for an hour was too expensive. Surely the hotel would rather these courts were being used by guests to improve their experience of the hotel rather than alienating them with such a high cost. My daughter also had her hair cut and blown at the hairdressers whilst on holiday and she loved this! Very reasonable price and the cut was lovely. Overall a relaxing 2 weeks, however having visited 3 other similar hotels in the area I’m not sure we would come to Maxx Royal again.
