Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort

The service you recieve at this resort and what is included is second to none. Never has an all inclusive been so focused on comfort of their guest. It started with a phone call before our visit from our maxx personal assistant Muhammad to check any requirements. Upon arrival drinks, caviar and chocolate covered strawberries awaited. There was a potty and birthday balloons in our room as requested. The service around the main pool and restaurants is brilliant. Constant offers of food, drink and all with a smile. The staff seemed to enjoy their jobs. The restaurants are brilliant. Be sure to check out the fish one! But even the buffet is really high quality with lots of choice. The water park and splash pool are brilliant. My 2.5 year old had the most amazing time and the staff took time to remember his name and interact with him. My only negative is the bar man at the terrace suit pool. We got a swim up family suite and wondered why the pool was so quiet. It was because of the service recieved. Here drink orders weren't delivered. You were basically ignored and made to feel an inconvenience. It put us off staying there when else where you get great service. Which made the whole reason we chose our room redundant. Its a shame that it put a bit of a downer on an otherwise perfect holiday.

We have been staying at Maxx Royal for 6+ years, twice a year. It’s our favourite hotel, where everything is perfect: from the warm welcome, spacious rooms, beautiful amenities, great activities and entertainment to the skilled staff members, international cuisine and wonderful location. We would like to thank Natalia Skorytchenko for her professionalism; we would also like to thank our lovely assistants, Mehriban J and Ludmila P; as well as Ismail, the Cabbanah Manager.

We spent 6 wonderful days at Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel facilities are outstanding, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the food quality is exceptional with plenty of variety. What truly made our stay special was the staff — always friendly, professional, and eager to help. A special thank you to our Maxx Assistants, Emre and Esra, who were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. They took care of all our requests promptly and paid great attention to detail, making everything smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. There was a huge variety of food to choose from, with several excellent restaurants offering something for everyone. This is the perfect place to relax especially for family’s with young children. The hotel takes so much off your hands, allowing parents to truly unwind and enjoy their holiday. Everything is well organised and the family friendly atmosphere makes the whole experience stress-free. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily return in the future. Hazmat (our pool waiter) was amazing since the first day we arrived, he was very accommodating and the service we received from him was outstanding. He was also really kind to our kids :)
