Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort

We visited Maxx Royal Belek for one week in February. It was our first time staying there and whilst initially underwhelmed when we arrived, we gradually began to realise that the hotel deserves its excellent reputation. Our room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well stocked with toiletries and usual minibar. The food in the buffet was superb and the service from most of the staff was excellent. We were hugely impressed by the service we received from a waiter - Hasan Enes Guldal. He was so professional, courteous and friendly. The weather was very mixed but this did not affect our enjoyment of the hotel facilities. Service around the adult pool from Yusuf Can was superb. What a charming and professional young man, we looked forward to seeing him every day. We enjoyed our stay so much, we have booked a return stay in May and are counting down the days.

What can I say except that our trip to Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort Antalya Turkey was an experience that was out of this world! What an amazing place to stay in! It is on another level altogether. It is an exquisite place to stay in. We had two superb concierge assistants, Ms Oulaiyah Moussali and Mohammed. I want to especially thank Oulaiyah Moussali and Mohammed (sorry I can't remember surname) who were our personal assistants. Both Oulaiyah and Mohammed attended to all our requests and services when we stayed at Maxx Royal in July 2025. These two wonderful assistants were professsional, kind, compassionate and fully present to all our needs and requests. They went out of their way to make sure that we had a wonderful time while we were there. Having your own personal concierge takes a holiday to a whole new experience and this was something we will never forget. We were blown away by the excellent services, the food, the wonderful staff! I was not feeling too well on the one day and Oulaiyah & Mohammed ensured that they got some medication for me so that I would get better & recover quickly & enjoy the rest of our vacation. Both Oulaiyah & Mohammed are exceptional at what they do at Maxx Royal, keep up the sterling work Oulaiyah & Mohammed. I will always remember the kindness, compassion, professionalism and sincerity that you both showed towards me and my family. Thank you both for ensuring that we had a wonderful time at the Maxx Royal Belek Antalya Turkey. You both will always be remembered fondly and held in high regards and esteem. I also want to especially thank Chef Dharam Singh who was an absolute gem of a chef. He prepared the most delicious of meals that catered for our special dietary needs. Chef Dharam Singh, thank you for making us all the scrumptious and delicious meals. Thank you keeping our tummies happy! You are such a wonderful, kind, compassionate and talented chef. Your cooking is superb! We miss your dhal makni and garlic butter naani immensely! Chef Dharam Singh, Oulaiya & Mohammed, Keep up the sterling work at Maxx Royal, you guys are an epitome of sterling service and I hope to see you all again when we visit the Maxx Royal again! Excellent service. One of our party was in a wheelchair and everywhere was accessible. They also had bad food allergies and custom meals were made on request. The two Maxx assistants, Samira and Nazli, helped with every request, from custom pizzas to extra room changes for our disabled party member.

I have been there for couple of days. I had best time of my life. We had a great time with maxx assistans they helped us always. Especialy with Mr. Inonü, İlker, Maksut and Mss Ebru. Ms. meliha whom our housekeeper she were great with what she does. Azure24 restourant have delicious foods. Hüseyin, Ela and Vakkas took care us perfectly. From Kalamatas Ms. Rabia were great. The bar is Ms. Neşe chief and Mss. Funda did great job. Thank you all the staff.

I would like to sincerely thank our hotel assistants, Mohammed and Olya. They were always extremely helpful, reliable, and responded very quickly to any requests. I especially appreciated that they always had an open ear and genuinely cared about our well-being. Thanks to them, we had a truly pleasant and comfortable stay.
