Unfortunately, this hotel stay did not meet expectations of a 5-star experience. The food was wasn’t great and often served cold, and the room air conditioning wasn’t working properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. The hotel itself feels quite dated and could really benefit from an upgrade, as it’s starting to look tired. Service was also disappointing—many staff members seemed uninterested, and some were quite rude. We weren’t offered information about spa access or any activities, which made the experience feel lacking. That said, there were a couple of bright spots. One restaurant staff member, I believe named Vesi, was very pleasant, and a barman in the lobby stood out for his friendly attitude and attentiveness, always keeping our drinks topped up. The tattoo artist was also very nice. There’s also not much to do around the hotel, and the lobby bar lacks atmosphere in the evenings. Some live entertainment like a pianist or singer would really improve the ambiance, especially for guests who don’t want to attend the main shows. Overall, disappointing for what should have been a 5-star stay

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The welcome was warm and genuine, setting the tone for what turned out to be a truly memorable stay. The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable — one of those spaces where you instantly feel relaxed and at home. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, from the stylish décor to the thoughtful little touches that made all the difference. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we had some of the best sleep we’ve had in a long time. The staff deserve a special mention — friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile with a smile. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and their care really elevated the whole experience. The food was outstanding, both in quality and presentation. Whether it was breakfast or an evening meal, everything was fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, quality, and exceptional service. We left feeling refreshed, well looked after, and already planning our return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I do try and give a fair review on all the hotels we stay in…We just spent a week at this lovely hotel and my wife said how would I rate it..8/10 it is an excellent hotel for families with so much on offer including rides and the water park. It’s a very clean hotel and food for most nationalities on offer so something for most palettes. So why only 8/10 because we don’t feel it’s really catering for the older people as it’s got constant very loud music all day around the pool, and it even starts playing soft music at 7am and in the early evening, the design of the hotel means it echoes and things are loud till around 10 or 11 at night. Don't get me wrong for the younger generation and families it’s fantastic clean hotel with a lot to offer but it’s not for us as we prefer a more relaxed holiday but then we are in our 60s.

The hotel is in a very beautiful location, and the food is good, tasty, and clean. The service is good, and all the staff are friendly and professional. The person in charge of the hair styling salon is very kind and professional.

It was a pleasant trip. Mukarnas hosted us wonderfully, and everything was great. But one barman truly won our hearts — Ali, the Big Heart. Such a kind, fun, and unforgettable person. Thanks!
