Mukarnas Spa Resort

I'm going to leave a short review for the ones that don't have the patience to read an essay 😂 Location: 8/10 - The city isn't big but there is a big Bazaar nearby (good prices), also the beach is nice and the water is warm Staff: 10/10- the best staff I've ever seen, their funny and are pretty good in what they're doing. The cleaning staff was excellent, always making sure the room was clean and making us smile everytime we entered the room (towel animals). The bar staff was excellent and they were always fast and polite. Overall the staff were very polite and good, the best I've ever seen in years Rooms: 9/10- nothing much to say, a basic hotel room with all the necessities you need. But it's always very clean inside. (Thanks to the cleaning staff) Food: 8/10- morning food isn't the best I'd say (not bad but it's pretty mid/decent), the desserts aren't wow (except lava cake I had in my first day, it was one of the best), but the lunch and dinner food is pretty fine with lots of different foods. (But the chefs were very polite and nice) Hotel itself & activities : 8/10- very good, but everything shuts down after 12AM (except the hotel restaurant), and comes back to life around 7AM. Perfect for families that want to come and have fun. Overall: 9/10

We had a fantastic holiday experience in this hotel. The service, food, facilities all above and beyond! We will defo come back. My daughter was 12 and found the place amazing! Fantastic entertainment thought the day. Beautiful and clean rooms and all around. Can’t say anything bad about the place.

We just got back off a holiday from Murkarnas spa and resort hotel. We went as a group of 9, the hotel was great The rooms were amazing, especially the sea-view rooms, which were definitely worth the money. They were clean, modern, and stylish. The location could have been better, but there were plenty of bazaars nearby. The amenities were excellent, with a perfect swimming pool and a well-designed aqua park that both children and adults enjoyed. Although the beach was slightly disappointing, the pool made up for it. The atmosphere was welcoming and inviting, and we felt safe throughout our stay. The hotel had a modern style, the noise level was excellent for families, and the service made us feel very welcome. The final thing that made our whole holiday was the staff. They made our experience so memorable, and we would like to give a special mention to a few members of the team. Nurdan from the animation team was one of the kindest people we met. The evening pool bar staff, whose names we unfortunately didn’t get, were so much fun and always made us laugh. Emir in the restaurant was such a lovely person, while Ali in the lobby bar was always the funniest and made us smile. Serkan by the pool couldn’t do enough for us, and finally, we would like to mention the lifeguards on the slides. They were thoughtful and kind and really stood out to us. One lifeguard in particular, the one in the photo whose name we unfortunately can’t spell but begins with “A”, made a really great impression on us. His attitude and kindness towards us were fantastic. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more

Just got back from our holiday at the Murkanas and had the most fabulous time! I went with my husband and 2 daughters ages 14 and 10. We booked a double room, but on arrival we felt it may be slightly too small for us. We asked for an upgrade to a family room which was sorted in minutes and cost us approx £150 extra. This was well worth it! We had a good sized room with bunkbeds and another equally spacious room with a double and single bed. Rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. The hotel facilities and grounds are amazing and there is never a dull moment when you are there due to the fabulous animation team! They were all amazing, especially Umut, who was a huge hit- he really made an effort with the kids, making sure they had the best time from start to finish!! The food was also very good too, plenty of options and you could never go hungry! Snack bars were fantastic if you wanted something in between the core meal times. The restaurant was very busy but pretty much what we expected for August! There are 5 different bars within the hotel too and the drinks were fab!! Cocktails were freshly made and the bar staff were all amazing, we loved the pool bar in particular! This was our first time in Turkey and we will definitely come back, we are already considering booking this hotel next year with another family. Every single member of staff made us feel so welcome and made it one of our best holidays yet!

🇹🇷 Leaving a sincere, heartfelt review here for this wonderful hotel 🤎 🪬 We visited with our family (2 adults and 2 children) 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, and everything was amazing in every respect. 🧿 First of all, the entire staff’s attitude was excellent—friendly, attentive, and hospitable. 🤗 A special shout-out to Kadir, the bartender at the Pool Bar, who spoiled us with the most delicious cocktails 🍹. 🪬 The food was very tasty and varied 🥗; if you don't manage to dine at the main restaurant, you can eat at the other restaurants on the premises. 🍹 🧿 I was impressed by how thoughtful they were in making my birthday special 🎊, even though I hadn't told them it was my birthday. A huge thank you to them! ❤️ 🪬 The rooms are cleaned daily. 🤍 🧿 The kids' mini-club features the loveliest staff members 🤗🌺 🧿 The sea is calm with clear water, and there are plenty of sunbeds for everyone. 🏖🌊 🪬 There are fun activities for both children and adults every evening. 💃 ✨️ I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MUKARNAS SPA RESORT! ✨️ Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful vacation and a lovely atmosphere! 🤎🍹
