Air conditioning / shower doesn’t work so reception ‘ deals ‘ with it by pointing out that other guests have no reason to complain ! Be prepared for a brick wall response from the reception and hotel . Their retort every time is other guests have no complaints! Really . Now when we it comes to cuisine ( shouldn’t use such an elaborate description ) it’s completely unimaginative and stodgy. The irritating end to all meals was the dining room started packing things up even 45 mins before end of session. So you walked around with an empty plate and rude staff . One or two spoke English ( broken ) but effort was not made to understand what you’re trying to say. One of the waiters spilled coke IN my daughter’s Gucci bag . Once the legitimacy of the bag was established via receipt and proof of purchase the hotel ( via the manager Mr Tonga Cavus ) shirked its culpability in every way possible. We arranged a formal meeting with Mr Cavus who continued to be on his phone during the meeting. He even shook my hand whilst sitting down initially! Whilst I do not expect protocol to be followed strictly to English standards these are mannerisms that should run parallel with managing a supposedly 5* hotel . In addition his demeaning tonality and constant interruption left one in no doubt that he was talking ( down ) to a bunch of women . My daughter was in tears at the end of this supposed meeting. The hotels offer was leave the bag here for THEIR INSURER to establish damage done , dry clean on premises or take it out of the waiters salary or FREE MASSAGE . . No compensation was even canvassed. I guess the one star for this review goes to the spa where Husseyn and his team did their utmost to give us excellent service . His was the redeeming factor in our stay which will never be repeated again . When this was highlighted to Mr Cavus his masculinity took over with disregard in his shrugged shoulders and arrogance in his words ‘’ we have 430 rooms and we will always fill them up ‘’ The pity is we go every year to Antalya to celebrate my mother’s birthday ( in her 80’s ) and this is the only hotel with such disdain and cavalier abdication of its goodwill towards the guests.

I don't understand these bad reviews of this fantastic hotel, I've been 3 times now and each time has been a wonderful stay.., from the barmen to the waiters and the animation team the staff go above and beyond. We will be back again. Special shout out's to Anu, Ozzy, Servant, Ali, Vali and Gamza. You were all brilliant.

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. The food was very good and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Hamza he is the best waiter. He was very friendly, attentive and made our stay even better. I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back.
