Paloma Finesse Side

I stayed at Paloma Finesse for six nights in July with my 15-year-old daughter, and we absolutely loved every moment of our stay. The very first thing that stood out to us was the atmosphere. Around 90% of the guests were from Germany and the UK, and we hardly heard any Russian being spoken. For us, this created a very pleasant, international, and relaxing environment. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean—probably one of the cleanest hotels I've ever visited. Everything is modern, minimalist, and beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the entire hotel grounds felt open, elegant, and meticulously cared for. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Everything throughout our stay went smoothly, making our holiday completely stress-free. I can wholeheartedly recommend Paloma Finesse to absolutely everyone—whether you're traveling as a couple, with family, or with friends. Would I come back? Without a second thought—absolutely yes! I was genuinely impressed, and this hotel exceeded all of my expectations. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

This hotel was a huge disappointment, and I definitely cannot recommend it. The biggest issue was finding cockroaches in our room. We asked the reception to move us to a different room, especially because our children were so frightened by the experience that they no longer wanted to sleep in their own beds. Instead of offering us another room, hotel staff came to spray our room with chemicals in the evening while our children were already asleep. We refused because we were concerned about the potential health risks of using chemicals around sleeping children. It is possible that the room was later treated while we were away during the day, as we did not see any more cockroaches afterwards. However, that does not change the fact that the situation was handled very poorly. We were not offered a different room, nor were we properly informed about when or how the treatment would be carried out. The cleanliness of the room was equally disappointing. When we arrived, the room had clearly not been cleaned properly. The towels were stained, and the windows remained dirty throughout our entire stay. After every room cleaning, there was a strong unpleasant smell, as if a dirty mop had been used, leaving the room feeling anything but clean. The cleaning was so poor that we asked housekeeping several times not to clean our room at all. Considering the price of this hotel, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service. The one aspect that truly deserves praise is the quality of the food, which was consistently good throughout our stay. Unfortunately, this alone could not make up for the serious issues we experienced. If you are considering staying here, I strongly recommend thinking twice, as the reality may be very different from what you expect.

We had a wonderful stay at Paloma Finess this summer with our family! We absolutely loved the spa and had great massages from Lisa, Rachel, Bella and Julia (I hope I remembered the last name correct)

We had a fantastic family holiday at Paloma Finesse and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly resort. The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely big pool, great facilities and plenty to keep both adults and children entertained. The food was varied, and there was always something for everyone. A special mention has to go to Fatma, who worked as a waitress at the pool bar. She was absolutely amazing throughout our stay, always smiling and so friendly. She remembered our drinks, checked in on us regularly and genuinely made us feel so welcome. She is a real credit to the hotel. The rest of the pool bar staff were also brilliant. The service was consistently friendly, quick and professional, which made spending time around the pool even more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at Paloma Finesse for helping make our family holiday so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing location. So clean and well decorated. Fantastic staff that go above and beyond…… like literally everyone. Food amazing. Pasta, pizza, grilled meats, fish station, Asian section, t bone steaks and the most amazing salads and breads/ dips. Honestly the best holiday ever !!!
