We had a fantastic stay at the Paloma Finesse and wouldn't hesitate to return. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with lovely modern rooms, we had 2 x 2 bed suites and 1 bed Suit, immaculate gardens and a relaxed atmosphere throughout. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice and a very high standard in both the buffet and the à la carte restaurants. The drinks were great, and there was always something to suit everyone. The staff were friendly, welcoming and worked incredibly hard to keep everything running smoothly. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The pool areas were spacious, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds, there was always sunbeds availble what ever time we turned up at the pool and we always managed to get 8 beds as we were a party of 9 (one was a infant) and the entertainment in the evenings was enjoyable without being over the top. The beach was also clean, well looked after and only a short walk away. Overall, the Paloma Finesse offers fantastic value for a luxury all-inclusive holiday. If you're looking for excellent food, attentive service and a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings, I would highly recommend it. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to coming back.

First of all I would like to say that we couldn’t stand it any longer and we left the hotel a day earlier. And now I will tell you why. It started from the reception on the day of our arrival - no smile or “welcome” or welcome drink or a refreshing towel - just “hi, your passport please” and then we were taken to our room on the buggy. No explanations about how the hotel works, about restaurants or anything. And now the details. The room. We had a large family room with two bedrooms. It’s not very comfortable because there are no wardrobes where you can place you staff just a big open clothes hanger right in the room so you live like in the shop or market. The toilet door doesn’t close and the smell is always right the your bedroom. The sink with the water barely going into it is always wet. It’s not cosy at all. The other room has two beds and a huge gap between them so if one person sleeps there he will always go into this gap. My first experience with the guest relations was when I asked for one whole mattress to make my child comfortable but they said it’s not possible. And the most awful thing about that room was that we found MOULD behind the sofa in the living room!!! And we were breathing it all the time in that room. I told the manager about that and they somehow coloured it but in one day it started growing again! And for all of that we didn’t get any compensation or at least a compliment from the hotel management! Just “sorry” and that’s all! The cockroach. It was huge and it was in our bedroom! We asked for help and they sent us two girls who caught it with a help of special spray. It was obvious that we were not the first ones with that problem so if you want to sleep with a cockroach 🪳 in your bedroom - you are welcome to this hotel, Paloma finesse. The main restaurant. In fact it looks like a huge canteen not a restaurant. The food is very plain and cheep and the stuff is very unfriendly. I asked for avocado and one day a girl gave me the half but the other day the same girl said that it was finished though I saw it under the table top. There are flies siting on the salads and cheese and my son got stomatitis because of the dirty food there. The scramble is always cold and the waiters ignore you in the morning to offer you any drinks. One day they come and another they don’t. The coffee in the main restaurant is just awful. There are lots of cooked vegetables so if you like them you will find yourself something to eat. As for the seafood the variety is poor and it’s cooked so that I couldn’t eat it. The a la carte restaurants are not bad but the description of the dish is much more colourful than the dish itself. But I had a nice fish there and the service there is much better than in the main restaurant too. The housekeeping. It’s absolutely AWFUL!!! Our room stayed dirty all the time, the toilet was not refreshed, there was dirt in the child’s bed, the sand on the sofa, and on top of that they steal money! We left money on top of the safe and went to the beach and it was gone when we came back! When I had lots of the complaints and went to the manager they said that it’s quite normal and I should have put the money into the safe and if I forgot to do it - it’s my problem and the cleaning lady can take anything not in the safe and they don’t have cameras in the room to prove anything. When you go out of your room in the morning the cleaning ladies are just everywhere and they are really loud and their stuff is also everywhere and you seem to be in some cleaning facility but not in the resort. The beach. The beach is the only nice thing about this hotel but if you care about service there or clean sun beds they you will be disappointed. The sun beds are old and cheap and dirty. The changing room has a trash can that is never clean. You have a large problem with the towels because you can get them only from 9 till 6 p.m. and they also have a break in the middle of the day and the station is only near the pool so if you are tired to go there especially in the heat you will have no towel or use a dirty one. You have to carry it to your room and come back with it to the beach. The sea is really nice but in the evening it is full of micro plastic and the water is not so clean. The sand has cigarette butts and near the water there is some garbage too. The water sport has a hotel facility with catamaran available (not included) and a very nice instructor. But the other water sport is just awful with high charge and they nearly killed my son on the mattress - it was not safe to go with them and they are quite risky and irresponsible. Beware to go with them! The annoying thing is that the boats are going all day long along the beach very close and they have music very loud and signal and make lots of noise. So if you are looking for the hotel in Turkey, I strongly recommend you not to choose the Paloma Finesse hotel because the vibes there are not pleasant for a nice rest. You feel yourself like someone they don’t want to see there but not a special guest. When we were leaving nobody wished us a nice flight or offered any water though it was really hot! It is definitely not a 5 star hotel!!!
