Nice resort, good food and excellent service. We stayed in the Lagoon and enjoyed our pool and bar very much. Especially Kaan from the Lagoon bar was very friendly and provided good service!

We absolutely loved our stay at your hotel. We have been incredibly impressed with everything. The site and grounds were beautiful, and we loved how everything was close enough but didn’t feel too cramped. The variety of pools and bars were superb. The aqua park was really fun! The beach was lovely with the mountains in the background. The food at the main restaurant was excellent. Every day we enjoyed what was made. The staff were all soo friendly and helpful. The WhatsApp communication support feature is an excellent touch. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday. It was our first with our new son and we’ve made the best memories. We’d recommend your hotel to everyone!

The hotel is very well suited for families. One of the biggest advantages is the wide range of activities for children. There is an excellent kids’ club team, as well as babysitting services. The all-inclusive offering also includes a teen club. Children from the age of 4 can be left there even for the whole day. The kids’ club itself consists of multiple rooms with a variety of activities, so children always have something to do. There are many pools, although none of the outdoor pools are heated. There is a small indoor pool for children and a larger one as well. Outside, there is a high-quality and impressive water park for both adults and children, though the children’s areas are not heated. All rooms are located in separate villas rather than a single main building. Because of this, even when the hotel is full, it never feels crowded—guests are well spread out across the large территории. The food is plentiful, diverse, and high quality. The cocktails are delicious, and overall the restaurant service is of a very high standard. A special mention goes to the bartender Mutlu at the Aqua Bar—excellent service. There are many different bars throughout the resort, including a 24/7 bistro bar where you can eat and enjoy drinks at any time. There are plenty of sunbeds by the sea, so finding a spot is easy. The animation team is also great—especially Yehor, who is not pushy, very polite, and friendly. He organizes various activities such as boccia and darts. The territory is very large and green, perfect for walking. Even after a longer stay, you can still discover new spots around the resort. Thank you all servises for my family holiday.

We used the hotel with a wheelchair. Only one problem is too many steps down from the rooms to the restaurants, snack bars, bars, entertainment and A La Carte. Main run has a ramp/hill for the transit of prams and wheelchairs, but that is it. One way down and one way up. With a wheelchair, I had leg day, three times a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner)!! However the staff were and are amazing, very attentive, helpful and friendly. We were a family party of nine so tables had to be moved around daily, as set up for fours and twos. Beach food, pools excellent and very clean but not heated. Indoor pool in the wellness/fitness centre is heated and gain staff very helpful. The clothes boutique is amazing, loads of attire for adults, kids and toddlers. Very friendly and helpful and good pricing, quality compared to local.
