Paloma Grida

Hotel Paloma Grida is a beautiful, well-maintained hotel. The service is excellent; they pay attention to your wishes and take care of everything. If you need anything, there is a fantastic manager named Aykut who is always ready to help. For relaxation, the best bartender—Efkan—will mix you a perfect drink; it has been a long time since I’ve seen such professionalism. After the bar, you can head to the bistro for a midnight snack served by Berkay and Tolga. It comes highly recommended. Thank you for the wonderful time. We will be back!

Firstly I would like to say the hotel itself, the grounds, rooms, cleanliness, facilities etc were great. The food was also nice & quite enjoyable. However we were a family of 11 with mixed ages, and were all of the exact opinion. They make it extremely obvious they do not like the English very much. We are such a polite family even my children are polite, So we were absolutely shocked at how miserable the majority of staff were. Literally out of hundreds of staff a handful were absolutely lovely friendly polite etc. On majority of nights you have to Que for drinks and found we were ignored and then served completely the wrong/awful drinks. One night we accidentally walking into the Seasalt bar with our 2 small children without realising it was the adults only bar,. as the other bars were so busy. As we walked in, the reaction from the staff was absolutely shocking beyond rude. We were basically shouted at and told no children (However it was obviously ok for the several other children they had already allowed in and serving with Crisps etc. They also found it acceptable to leave the drinks and cleaning trolleys outside our door the entire week, because we were the corner room. So most mornings & nights we were woken by people breaking into it and taking drinks including complete boxes of beer and dumping the rubbish on our door step. Then having to squeeze past it to get in & out. Eventually it was removed on the Our experience certainly was not the 5 Star we were expecting which is such a shame. Do your research in my opinion as other hotels definitely provide a much better experience.

Just returned from a great holiday in the Paloma. Food, bars and entertainment was great, special shout out to the entertainment staff who always asked you to get involved with their daily events. We enjoyed the darts in the morning and afternoon where you get to meet great people from all over the world 👍🏻. Kadir especially made us feel welcome, he was always smiling and laughing. Thanks again everyone 👍🏻

His warm smile, positive attitude, friendliness, attentiveness, and excellent service made every visit special. Positives on hotel are overall cleanliness, spacious pool and beach areas and excellent à la carte restaurants. Hotel focus is babies and toddlers for which it provides excellent facilities. Not so much for couples in our experience although it has a small adult beach area and bar, however it struggles to retain this bar purely for adults. Overall experience was good not great. Quality of drinks were inconsistent in all of the bars. Buffet food not hot and catered for masses and nothing special
