Reception check in was quick and easy. We arrived at 1am and was grateful to see that they had an all night bar and bistro where I ordered a steak sandwich which was absolutely delicious In the mornings u can get coffees if your an early riser at the bistro before the breakfast buffet opens but the coffee was lukewarm and not hot , but found out that if you want a hot coffee you have to ask for a special hot coffee. Rooms are adequate but very small. Probably the smallest room I’ve stayed in at a 5 star resort . If you have a baby and need a cot then the space becomes even smaller. We were given a room with no view except of other peoples balcony’s. The shower is a disaster as water just leaks through to the main bathroom floor whenever u have one and you have to use your towels to mop up the water. Pool areas are good with ample sun loungers so no need to get up early to reserve one. I was down about 8.30 and had no trouble securing 4 in a row. Aqua bar very good with very friendly and helpful bar staff. Buffet good but for those of you that are seasoned travellers I found it repetitive after just a couple of days . The omelette station was quite annoying with large queues at certain times and only one person doing them. For some reason they have place the poached eggs right next to the omelette station so you have to push in in between the line to get to it explaining to guest that your not pushing in you just want to get a poached egg and not queuing for an omelette. Drinks at the bars are ok. The best drinks and cocktails can be found at the adult only beach bar. Kids club is absolutely brilliant and cannot fault it so if you have younger children you will not be disappointed. Evening entertainment is very good with great shows and activities for everyone. Splash pool waterpark very good and will keep your children happy for long periods. Beach is average and not on par with other 5 star all inclusive resorts I’ve been to at other European countries. All the staff are friendly and hard working so cannot fault them and the resort is kept very clean . Inflatables allowed in the pools À la cartes were our first problem we encountered and had to instigate a complaint on the very first morning we were there. Apparently having just arrived at 1am in the morning and looking to book à la cartes restaurants on the first morning at 8am we found that there were no bookable slots for the 7 days of our stay. We went to guest services and they said we could go onto a waiting list. The à la cartes are ok but not great so for me that’s why it’s a 4 star rating in my opinion. Anyone who has been on a 5 star resort in the carribean or in Europe like Greece or Cyprus will know exactly what I mean . Overall a good week which the grandchildren really enjoyed and a pleasant relaxing stay . One of our party initiated a huge complaint and eventually we were given dates that we could go for a meal. There is one à la carte that is payable but it will cost u over a 100 euros for a meal for just two of you. For me that does not constitute an all inclusive holiday as I’ve never had to pay for a steak in an à la carte restaurant in any 5 star holiday resort I’ve been on in the Caribbean The padel court was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel but was a major disappointment . Whoever built it has obviously no idea of the game. It’s been put in a position where if you hit the ball out of the court on one side and on both ends of the court the ball is gone, as it disappears into a maintenance site below and on roof tops of buildings below. After losing 5 balls we had to stop the game for which we are paying for per hour, to walk back to reception, walk down to the front of the hotel and round to the maintenance area to see if we could retrieve our balls and was shown how to get round the back to buildings and find a route to the rooftops of the buildings where we could look for our balls. So anyone who is a decent padel player cannot do a kick smash or any hit that would make the ball leave the court as your not getting it back u less you want to waste 15 to 20 minutes trying to locate them which was also a health and safety issue. Until they correct this poor situation there should be no charge for padel and they need to install higher nettings around three sections of the court to stop this annoying issue from happening . Apart from that it is a good hotel but for me only a 4 star if I’m comparing it to all the other 5 star resorts I’ve stayed at. The plus side is that the staff are wonderful friendly and make your stay enjoyable. Nothing is too much for them.

We had a fantastic holiday. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and I’d highly recommend it to anyone, especially families. There are numerous pools which never feel too crowded, a nice beach, several restaurants which are all great, lots of evening entertainment and a lovely kids club with a playground, cinema, soft play and lots of activities. Special mention to Eylul who was really lovely with my kids when they did use the kids club.
