Beautiful beech front location. 4th time back here. Al a crate restaurants are fabulous . Good to see familiar faces of staff Mohamet, Sedat. Yegor from entertainment is good fun, especially the dart game. Rooms spacious and immaculately clean. All staff work extremely hard to make the Paloma a beautiful resort . Will be back again next year

We spend nice times during our stay in Paloma Grida hotel. The room was great with a lot of place, maybe a family suite would be better to have more split with the kids. The block 70, where the room is, do not have direct access to the pools or restaurants so we need to walk a bit more, not so bad for the fit ^_^. The room view on the sea and the hotel was beautiful. A bit noisy during the evening with the other hotels. There was also some noise from air conditioning of the restaurant in front of the room. Except that, the hotel was very peaceful during the day. The staff was always smiling and helpful. The hotel was very clean, we saw a lot of people taking care of the places during the day. The check-in was very easy and our luggage were bring to our room. The aqua park was really fun but maybe requiring higher age. My kids 10 and 7 can't do all biggest tubes. The temperature of the pools beginning of May was correct until it rains (it could be interesting to use the heat extracted by air conditioning of buildings to heat the pools ;-), but pools are really nice and a lot of sunshade and deckchair.

We loved our time here. I was checking reviews all of the time before we came away and whilst I hoped we would have loved it, there weren’t that many reviews. Anyway, it’s brilliant. Absolutely perfect break for us. We are a couple in our 30s with a three year old. We loved that the location was relatively close to the airport (and paw patrol land!!. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Everywhere! The staff can’t do enough for you. The food is really good. We got given a late check out for free. The kids club was our son’s favourite part. This was half of the price of the nearby Rixos Premium and as I can’t imagine a hotel being twice as good, we will absolutely come back here.
