Paloma Grida

The hotel itself is beautiful. Well maintained and spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious, with plenty of wardrobe space and an amazing shower. Our mini bar wasn't restocked on a couple of days, and housekeeping didn't make the room up one day too, so I had to go to reception to request clean towels. The staff are (mostly) very helpful. We were ignored on a few occasions in the Bistro and the main restaurant and had to go and find a bar to get drinks etc. It seemed there maybe werent enough staff to cover all the areas. However, we soon found our place in the Quentine restaurant at lunch time with Yalçin as our amazing waiter- very hard working, and nothing was too much bother for him. We also enjoyed drinks in the Zomm bar with the lovely waitress (i didn't get her name, unfortunately) who always tended to us as we sat down, she remembered the children's drinks throughout the holiday and also kept us topped up with crisps and nuts. She is another super star at this hotel. The food was amazing at this hotel! The main restaurant had plenty of variety and the a-la-cartes were second to none. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was the water park. Having had the opportunity to visit the water park last year from the Paloma Sensia, the kids had really enjoyed all the slides and were looking forward to sliding there again this year. Unfortunately, they weren't allowed on the big slides this year, even on a double ring with an adult! They reached the height requirements according to the sign at the bottom of the stairs, but the lifeguard said that was last years rules, and this year, they must be 10 or 13 depending on the slides, so my 7 year old was in tears, which was hard to explain to him after he had been allowed on those same slides last year. This meant we spent less than an hour in the water park throughout our 10 day holiday. This was very disappointing and really took away a big part of the holiday for the kids. The 3 main pools are huge, with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The water is not heated, so they are still quite cold at this time of year (early May). They are spotlessly clean though, and 2 of them have shallow splash areas for children to play. The rest of the pools are 1.47m deep though, so quite deep. The shops are handy and actually not badly priced. We bought a few things from the friendly man in the boutique, he was most helpful.

What an absolute outstanding hotel! We visited paloma orenda in 2024. Come home and see that paloma grida was being renovated. The AI pictures alone sold me, so with that we booked and now we are here May 2026! Please understand there is one bar man and one bar man only!!! His drinks 10/10, his character and charisma 100! We have been here 6 days and so far he alone has made our holiday. Situated by the pool bar mutlu is your man!

Currently staying in Paloma Grida, booked this place for two weeks, the hotel is really clean, relaxed atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff willing to do everything to make your stay perfect, the restaurants and the food is great, there is all sorts of food from all around the world! Aqua bar in the swimming area is great and the main man Mr Mutlu (Happy) is always doing the best, he is the legend in making the drinks! And always smiling making everyone happy!! the hotel the location is very good close to the shops and local town, rooms are cosy, Great resort.

We have had an absolutely amazing holiday here at the paloma grida in belek. I was here many years ago before it was renovated, and I thought the hotel was amazing there. It’s even better now! There’s so much to do here and so much more for kids than what’s advertised. A full shaded park, indoor soft play, kids cinema, Lego room, painting room, play rooms. Even a teenage room with, pool, air hockey, PS5’s, arcade games and more! It’s amazing! Evening entertainment with live bands at the zomm bar or at the beach. There certainly is something for everyone. The Bristol bar in the center of the hotel is amazing. With snacks through the day, evening snack with table service. Service was excellent everywhere. Everyone was happy to help. À la cart restaurants were great! Having been to so many hotels in turkey was surprising that 3 of the à la carts were free. The only one you paid for was bbq. The water park at the front of the hotel was amazing! For kids and big kids! A fabulous hotel I would recommend to anyone. Not just families! We will certainly be back, just a question of when!
