This is an amazing place to stay. The staff are above and beyond. Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone

This was our 3rd visit to this hotel, but the 1st since they closed for a refurbishment. The hotel is now very modern accessible and clean looking , unfortunately it has lost all its Turkish charm, the little wooden walkways and paths have all gone …now replaced by concrete. This could now be any modern hotel anywhere in Europe. The room we stayed in was very modern and in what looked to be like a prefabricated block, a lot of noise could be heard from adjacent rooms. The bungalows and villas still looked the same , just updated. The newly levelled off ‘street’ with zomm bar and shops looks lovely, but unfortunately now the entertainment has moved to the new theatre and Quentine/ disco bar area it doesn’t have the same atmosphere in the evenings. There are tvs in the Zomm bar , but when we asked if it was possible to put the FA cup final on they said no, they do not have any premium sports channels available. The food is ok but definitely not 5 star worthy, I would expect a show cooking station , which if I remember right they used to have outside in the seating area previously. Good choice of cocktails but they are inconsistent, depending on who makes it for you. The new addition of the Bistro is great, nice sandwiches , snacks and desserts/ice cream available, very nice seating area. The main pool near to the restaurant is in need of steps at intervals around the pool as currently one way in and out. The new sun loungers are very hard and uncomfortable. We paid a visit to the water park and were the only ones there, maybe it’s gets busier at other times. The over 18s bar has lost its lovely big comfy sofas that look out on to the beach and they have been replaced with firm upright circular seating, very uncomfortable. It was nice to see that Quentine and the disco bar area is all blended into 1 space, no more smelly disco bar. We enquired about hiring one of the many empty cabanas on the beach for our wedding anniversary, but at a charge of €120, we declined, not surprisingly they all remained empty for the duration of our 11 day trip. The staff are fabulous, they are very attentive. We also found the entertainment excellent.

Chose this hotel as original TUI Blue Maviss failed to open. We only booked less than a week before due to depart. Selected Paloma Grida and it was a good choice. As a couple ( or families) Rooms spacious, hotel spotlessly clean, hotel grounds large and immaculately kept. 3 à la cartes included which we visited. Buffet always plenty of choice. All hotel staff could not fault, friendly and hard working credit to hotel. Special mention to Ramazan and Yalcin in the Quentine restaurant for their excellent friendly and efficient service. Amandine in guest relations we found very helpful and efficient
