Paloma Orenda

Gorgeous hotel. The facilities were beautiful. The room service incredible. The restaurant- a highlight. Great service. The kids club was very nice. Flexible, friendly, nice disco every night. Quite inclusive for all languages even if they mainly spoke German and English. The night program was amazing acrobatics, ice skating, circus show, music. Only downside is that the pools were a bit cold for end of October. The beach is not great for children because the water is quite deep with stones on the bottom and there were some waves.

A beautiful hotel with fabulous facilities. Visited as a family with 2 sporty girls aged 14 & 11, we all thoroughly enjoyed the facilities. Tennis, table tennis, golf, archery, water park and more. Key positives: Modern comfortable rooms Very clean Great facilities Beautiful pool area and beach Beach bar with sunset views Fun water park Plentiful sunbeds No queues as hotel was quiet Good quality sports equipment available to borrow from the entertainment team Freshly baked bread Bottled beers included in all inclusive Fridge in room re stocked daily A few negatives: Food in restaurants not labelled as vegetarian so rather restrictive Very limited vegetarian choices in speciality restaurants Food repetitive-themed nights needed Some staff could be friendlier Tennis rackets chargeable to hire at 20 euros for one game of doubles! Dim lighting in an evening making it difficult to see steps etc. Limited evening entertainment Only no sugar drink is Coke Zero Sparkling wine not good! Leaking shower, limited storage,

This was our 2nd visit to Paloma Orenda, had a nice welcome back and treated to wine and cookies to our room. The staff at Paloma made our holiday again, always polite, helpful, informative, funny, nothing too much trouble. The hotel should appreciate their staff, they're amazing. Big shout outs for Rumeysa and Anil, Onur, Tulu, Amiene, Zaref, Remus, all the restaurant and bistro staff, food and service was amazing in both, but full marks to Rumeysa in Entertainment for taking time to get to know us, help with information and for always being so lovely, she's a star! Made our holiday brighter. Thanks to all the cleaners, beach cleaners, reception, just everyone, so so helpful. Really think the Hotel should invest in solid roofs for the restaurants tho as when it rains in Turkey it rains! Because the roofs over the eating outside areas aren't waterproof this was a major problem for staff having to clear seating and finding seats elsewhere, not easy. A band had to be cancelled on our last night because of water almost dripping on the band and electrics. Please invest Paloma, it needs this sorting. Also this year because there were a lot German guests the tv channels were all in German or Turkish, we only got English on a tiny slot on MTV each night, so nothing to watch if we wanted an early night. Also thank you Mehmet who taught two novices in Archery and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and Mem was very patient and spurred us on. Thanks again for a lovely time again. Oh and finally even though bottles of Malibu and other branded drinks which are supposed to be available are NOT. I drink malibu and coke and I never had malibu, was given Turkish version which isn't the same. Unless you have talented staff who can make drinks taste like the original, it isn't an enjoyable drink, I felt cheated out of my rum and coke drinks. Please improve on this.

We had the most wonderful stay at Paloma Orenda — a truly beautiful resort made even more special by the amazing staff. I want to give a special mention to the bar manager Gurbey and his fantastic team, who went above and beyond throughout our stay and making a great Lamumba cocktail. They were always so friendly, attentive, and professional, making sure every guest was looked after with genuine care. What really touched us was how kind and engaging they were with our kids — remembering their favourite drinks, joking with them, and making them feel just as valued as the adults. It’s rare to find such warm, personal service these days, and it made our holiday truly memorable. We can’t thank the team enough and are already looking forward to returning to Paloma Orenda! 🌞🍹
