Great service, very clean and fun activities.

The hotel is absolutely amazing! When you arrive you are welcomed with a welcome drink and check in was very quick and easy and within 5 mins of checking in you are heading to your room. The rooms are clean and tidy with very modern decor and the balcony is an amazing size. Everything you need in the room is there with a robe and slippers also. The housekeeping is amazing. The atmosphere of the whole hotel is friendly and welcoming and all of the staff in every departments of the hotel are lovely - the bar staff, the reception staff, the lifeguards, even the managers walking around are friendly! Great entertainment for the whole family if you want to participate but also quiet enough to have a quiet chilled evening in your room! The food is stunning and very well cooked and always plenty of options! There is no race for the beds at the time we went, and could still get a bed at the pool at 11am in the morning which is a massive positive for me! The location is only 15 mins from side old town in a taxi and very easy to get to and to navigate! We’ve had the best time here and find it great value for money - we’ve booked to come back again next year for another 2 weeks, and already counting down the days! Thank you for an amazing stay and can’t wait to be back!

Hotel is amazing. Food is delicious Special mention for Ferit in the entrainment team - very friendly and happy to help with anything!

Beautiful, well maintained gardens, friendly staff apart from they all assumed we were German as it is a German prominent hotel and always spoke to us in German. Rooms open plan, not a lot of privacy bathroom wise. No wardrobe only hanging space, no draws so nowhere to put clothes apart from keeping in your suitcase. Plenty of sun beds but not much room to move them round if you like following the sun. No steps into pool only ladders so not easy for people with mobility issues. À la carte restaurants very rushed service and food not usual à la carte standard, very disappointing. Buffet food was quite varied overall but the same every meal time and more geared for German taste than English. Drinks were definitely not premium brands, at the pool bar the barman wouldn’t serve us a Bloody Mary as not on the menu but served us a vodka and tomato juice !! Entertainment was ok they had one group that were excellent and very high standard, you could tell they were enjoying themselves too. Although there was a kids disco a lot of kids running round in the adult entertainment area which personally we didn’t agree with. Would we go again or recommend…… no

Hotel is big, beautiful and everything is well taken care of. Whole hotel area is beautiful and modern. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel has many opportunities for doing sports, tennis, padel, beach volley etc. Service is good. I recommend choosing this hotel!
