We arrived early hours of Sunday morning and have had fantastic service from the minute we arrived. Check in was smooth and food/drink waiting in the lobby bar. Rooms are spacious and clean. Buffet resistant is serving a great variety and fresh. Pool snack bar also excellent. A special shout out must go to Murat at the pool bar who provides a waiter service to all the sunbeds; he literally never stops and is always so attentive making sure we’ve got drinks. Very friendly and makes pool days absolutely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Only note of caution is that there are alot of steps. Might be challenging for those with mobility issues. There are lifts but some areas there are still steps to get to rooms/areas. Would need to mention to hotel staff before check in if this would be a challenge for you.

What can I say thats not already been said. Hotel staff cannot do enough for you. Was spoiled with drinks pools side all day by Murat. The hotel is very clean and spacious. Beach side is a winner along with amazing pools. Food is excellent and I am fussy. Beds i found where hard but I asked reception and they sorted mattress toppers for us. Will I return, yes.

Location Is beautiful, right on the beach and hotel is amazing with plenty of greenery and trees, pools are amazing too. Absolutely incredible sunset too. If you are wanting to leave the Hotel it is a bit out of the way nothing directly outside to have a nosey round. Taxi rank outside the house 12 euro’s wouldn’t budge and expensive for a 5 min drive to Side town. Shopkeepers prefer you to pay cash as they get charged when you pay on card. We used Euro’s everywhere including inside the hotel and they preferred that to Lira. Shop in hotel will exchange money off your card if you don’t take cash but there is a 10% charge of whatever you take out. Kids club is amazing and has activities throughout the day 10-5 breaking for dinner. Just be careful as some of the activities e.g t shirt painting, sand painting, banana boat etc are extra charge and they want cash they don’t take card. Activities are 10 or 15 euros. We did notice after we complained that they made it clearer on the app which activities were chargeable. We expected to pay extra for the banana boat but some of the others weren’t worth it. Download the app it’s super helpful and you can see what activities are going off during the day, at night and at kids club etc. You also use it to book the à la carte restaurants. Quentine and Wabi Sabi are included, Curio is extra and is a Steakhouse. We didn’t try this one but people said it was worth it and that also had a sunset location. We recommend booking Quentine’s for around 7:30ish then you will be there for sunset which is absolutely gorgeous. Rooms are pretty standard, no complaints and decent decor etc. big enough for 3, we were 2 adults and a child so had pullout sofa made into a bed which took space up but we still had plenty of room to move. We had a Juliet balcony on ours which a lot of them have and it does have a little outside space for you to stand on and a little towel rail to hang washing on. It’s no wider than about 30cm but you can get out there and stand out there but just can’t sit or you could open the door fully and put a chair there to make it feel like you are outside. Shower in our room was huge and really powerful and bathroom overall was large with usual towels. Maid was amazing, cleaned room to high standard and made my little boy laugh as she kept making elephants and swans etc out of the bath towels or quilt and folding our pjs up. You get a card to exchange for a pool towel at the towel bar by the pool, you can change these for dry towels again during the day and then exchange them for cards at the end so you aren’t keeping towels overnight. On the last day if you are leaving after checkout you can keep the cards to use that day and then before you leave exchange for the towel card to hand into reception. Food in the à la carte was cooked fresh to order and is amazing, some really nice things to try. Food in the buffet restaurant is a bit hit and miss. No bacon at breakfast, more eggs and pastries. There is a late breakfast in the bistro which is 10-11 that offers toasted sandwiches and eggs/omlettes/pancakes and pastries, fruits etc. The food was good and there were cooking stations for certain things but could get repetitive as usual but with the à la cartes for an evening meal and the Bistro and Quentine’s where you could get something during the day you wasn’t stuck to just eating at the buffet. Food and drink is available 24 hours a day in the bistro which I have never seen before. We arrived at 2am and he sent us to the bistro and we got fruit and pastries and people were milling about in there still. The bistro food will change during the day and also includes sandwiches. The daily activities are not forced on they will come round shouting the activity but there is no pressure to join in and there were always people joining in. As well as aqua gym they also had aqua bounce where they put mini trampolines in the pool and also one where they put exercise bikes in the pool. The nightly show was amazing, outsiders came in and did amazing every night and we’re definitely a high standard you would pay to go and see. If you only go to one of them go to the circus/Global themed one on Friday night as it’s a stunt theme. All of the waiters and bar staff work amazing, special shout out to Murat round the pool (he doesn’t stop, never forgets anyone’s order AND ask him for a cocktail of his choice he will bring you his own his makes which is beaute) and Mohammed who works in the Bistro and Quentine works tirelessly for his patrons and remembers what you drink :) We have been to quite a few hotels on holidays and this is definitely one of the best we have been to, staff, food, activities, shows, cleanliness, comfort it is amazing and I would definitely recommend it. There is a small waterpark on site that is 3 slides which is fun but you can also go visit a waterpark at their sister hotel which is a proper water park. Book with guest services which day you want to go and get picked up from reception by shuttle bus. You go for a 2 and half hour slot which is enough as you aren’t queueing a long time to get on the slides. There is also a sky walk type thing there that is included and has water running off it.
