Brillant location friendly staff lovley rooms right on the beach excellent entertaiment

The hotel is fine and has white and gray exterior colors. The personnel are friendly especially a maid called Meriem, she cleans the room really nicely (and she even sometimes makes something on the bed), and a receptionist called Fatma, she was willing to help us with anything. When we arrived at our rooms, we had to change them because 2 out of 3 had mold, but after we changed rooms it was fine, the hotel is really clean. The sea is clean but the last 2 days it has been muddy, and the beach was not crowded at all only Kümkoy beach was very crowded. The food was good (I really liked the onion rings) but the food was almost the same every time. Thanks for the beautiful holiday!! -Slovakia

We stayed at Paloma Perissia for 10 nights as a family of 4 in July 2026. I cannot fault the hotel, very clean and excellent staff. A good variety of food at the main buffet restaurant, we never went hungry. We had one less than perfect dinner at the Quentine restaurant but also visited Wabi Sabi twice which was fantastic. Sunbeds were never really an issue although Some people still reserve them for an entire day without using them and the staff don’t seem to do much about it. Special shout out to Murat on the poolside bar, this guy is a credit to the hotel. Always on the go and keeping everyones drinks topped up all day.

Great hotel, staff are the friendliest bunch I've ever met at an all inclusive hotel, you will never have an empty glass. Food was incredible, location was good and the beach amazing! Would definitely return if I was visiting Side again.

Nice hotel with an OK buffet. All the food is well presented but not all tastes as good as it looks. Beds where too hard. Pool area was very nice, but hard to get a sunbed in the morning because people put towels during the night. Pool side guy Murat kept us well hydrated all week kudos to him 👌
