Papillon Belvil Holiday Village and Hotel

A lovely hotel. Great for families but the beautifully maintained grounds and adult pool make it a holiday venue for any age. The children’s pools and play area were sited together making that a very happy family area. Food was plentiful with a variety of choices and much freshly cooked on offer. Lovely restaurant waiting staff and thanks to Ismael for his sunny smile and attention as well as the many young staff in the restaurant who were very attentive. Full marks for cleanliness throughout and to the ground staff for constant cleaning and maintenance. The indoor pool was lovely on the one rainy day and a pleasant place to spend a relaxing morning. Full marks to the Animation Team who worked hard to make us smile, join in fun games, dance the night away and karioke. The kids club team put on a lovely Easter Egg hunt and we are still dancing to the mini disco tunes now we are home. They made it fun for children and adults. The whole Animation Team were a delight. We had a wonderful holiday week at the Papillon Belvil and would recommend the hotel.

Very good experience, fantastic animation team and staff. Very freindly people. Amazing night shows, pool is very hot, beach is really buetifull. My sister really liked kids slides. by the way food is fantastic and deliuocious. I love all activities, javellot, villeyball, darts. Medal ceremony was really great. All people is always smiling. We recently stayed at Papillon Belvil Hotel in Belek, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help in any situation. Many of them speak multiple languages, especially Russian, which made communication very easy and comfortable for us. This hotel is perfect for families. There are plenty of activities and entertainment options for children of all ages. What we especially appreciated is that the kids are well looked after—there are dedicated staff members who supervise and engage with them, giving parents the opportunity to relax or take care of their own plans. The hotel offers a wide variety of swimming pools—some heated, some not—so there is something for everyone. The children’s areas are very clean and well maintained, which is extremely important for us as parents. The reception team deserves special praise—they are always polite, helpful, and ready to assist with anything you need. We had a small issue with our booking through Love Holidays. Our stay officially started on April 1st, but our flight arrived late at night, and we only reached the hotel at 2 AM on April 2nd, effectively losing one day. The next day, we spoke with the manager, Anton Skrypnyk. He was exceptionally kind, understanding, and genuinely willing to help. We had originally been assigned a bungalow, which didn’t suit us, especially given the poor weather during our first days. We asked if it would be possible to move to a room in the main building for more comfort, especially for our child. Anton handled everything immediately. Within just a couple of hours, we were offered a new room in the main building—spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. His professionalism and care truly made a difference to our stay. The service in this hotel is top-level. The food is absolutely delicious, with a huge variety of options to choose from. Everything is very clean—rooms are cleaned daily, and even the public areas and restrooms are spotless. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We will definitely return again!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, offering a stunning view of the sea. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and can’t wait to return!!
