Papillon Belvil Holiday Village and Hotel

WOW! This was the best holiday I have been one. We went with our 3 month old and 5 year old. The hotel was always absolutely spotless and clean, the food was incredible with everything cooked fresh and such a huge variety each night. They have a children’s section where they can do everything themselves. The shows at night were absolutely fantastic. Our favourite was the carnival night. That was just magical! There is a children’s waterpark and then lots of water slides next to it. Special shout out to Iliasse and Rio from the entertainment team! Both incredible and my daughter loved them! The games each day were so fun and the park, trampolines and sand pit are great! The indoor pool was lovely! The massage from the spa was dreamy and the patisserie cafe, just WOW. They have the most stunning cakes every day. That was a highlight! The beach is all sand (no stones). The pier was lovely to sit at in the day and they have a pizzeria on the beach which was delicious (cooked to order), or you can have burger and chips fresh. I could go on forever! There is not one thing I have to be negative about. Everything was perfect! Thankyou so much for a memorable holiday!! 5* from us!

Just wanted to pass on my compliments to the Indian chef. The food was absolutely excellent throughout – full of flavour, beautifully prepared, and clearly made with great care and skill. Please thank the chef for helping make the experience so enjoyable. We were very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed every meal.

This was the 2nd year in a row visiting pappillon belvill, and it was once again an amazing experience for all the family Me and my partner took our 2 children, 5 and 8, and this year also took my mother in law. We booked to go here again due to the amazing experience last year, and mainly because of the entertainment team especially the team and facilities for the children. Again this year, the animation team were beyond brilliant and welcoming for all ages, The children's animation team had new faces and what an addition they are. Firstly REMI. He is brilliant for the hotel, and really would like the management to pass on how comfortable and brilliant this member of staff was, from his first introduction to make our children comfortable and also us parents. Full of energy, has the hotels best interest at heart and loves his job. Daily chats and jokes made my holiday and the children absolutely loved him. So Remi, from me, Lisa, Taylor and Ellie, thank you for your hard work, it really did make our holiday amazing. 2nd member of staff who needs highly commending is ILLIASE (hope I've got the name right) Again such a welcoming member of staff, and an absolute pleasure to spend time with. Taylor especially enjoyed your company due to your interests in mma and his in boxing. Plus every single other member of the animation team were brilliant, just highlighted these 2 as we spent so much time with them. There is nothing to fault with the hotel, food is fresh and no expense spared, always something different, and the choice of eateries for lunch is quite unbelievable. I could go on for an essay with all the positives, but as a quick one. The decor and surroundings are stunning and spotless. Pools amazing with the waterpark and the kids waterpark, rooms lovely. We are coming back again next year. Also added bonus of being able to meet light heavyweight champion of the world Dimtry Bovil at the hotel as he was there finishing his training camp for this week's fight. Amazing hotel with perfect food and a great atmosphere. Special thanks to Rio from the entertainment team so sweet, kind, and always made us smile. He really made our stay extra special! Highly recommend
