Papillon Belvil Holiday Village and Hotel

We just returned from an absolutely amazing stay at Papillon Belvil in Belek, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! From the beautiful grounds to the excellent service, everything was flawless. A massive highlight of our daily routine was visiting the Mirage restaurant. A special thank you to Bahareh and the rest of the world-class barista team. Not only is the coffee absolutely outstanding, but they take so much pride in their craft, creating the most amazing, intricate images on the coffee every single time. Starting the day with their incredible latte art brought us so much joy! What truly elevated our holiday from great to spectacular, however, was the incredible entertainment. A massive shoutout to the absolute stars of the animation team: Halitcan, Remi, Tuna, Akif, and Viktoria. They went above and beyond every single day to ensure guests of all ages were having the time of their lives. Their energy, friendliness, and sheer enthusiasm are completely unmatched. They made us feel like family from day one. The activities provided were top-notch across the board: The Kids Club: This was a huge highlight for us. The animations and daily programs in the kids club were fantastic. The team kept the little ones engaged, safe, and smiling all day long, which made the trip so much more relaxing for us parents. Sports & Daily Activities: For the adults and older kids, the sports offerings were brilliant. We absolutely loved participating in the football games! Whether it was football or any of the other daily activities around the pool and resort, everything was incredibly well-organized, inclusive, and so much fun. If you are looking for a resort in Belek that offers a perfect balance of beautiful facilities, exceptional coffee, and world-class entertainment, Papillon Belvil is the place to go. The staff is the beating heart of this hotel, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Rating: 10/10!

A lovely hotel. Great for families but the beautifully maintained grounds and adult pool make it a holiday venue for any age. The children’s pools and play area were sited together making that a very happy family area. Food was plentiful with a variety of choices and much freshly cooked on offer. Lovely restaurant waiting staff and thanks to Ismael for his sunny smile and attention as well as the many young staff in the restaurant who were very attentive. Full marks for cleanliness throughout and to the ground staff for constant cleaning and maintenance. The indoor pool was lovely on the one rainy day and a pleasant place to spend a relaxing morning. Full marks to the Animation Team who worked hard to make us smile, join in fun games, dance the night away and karioke. The kids club team put on a lovely Easter Egg hunt and we are still dancing to the mini disco tunes now we are home. They made it fun for children and adults. The whole Animation Team were a delight. We had a wonderful holiday week at the Papillon Belvil and would recommend the hotel.

Very good experience, fantastic animation team and staff. Very freindly people. Amazing night shows, pool is very hot, beach is really buetifull. My sister really liked kids slides. by the way food is fantastic and deliuocious. I love all activities, javellot, villeyball, darts. Medal ceremony was really great. All people is always smiling. We recently stayed at Papillon Belvil Hotel in Belek, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help in any situation. Many of them speak multiple languages, especially Russian, which made communication very easy and comfortable for us. This hotel is perfect for families. There are plenty of activities and entertainment options for children of all ages. What we especially appreciated is that the kids are well looked after—there are dedicated staff members who supervise and engage with them, giving parents the opportunity to relax or take care of their own plans. The hotel offers a wide variety of swimming pools—some heated, some not—so there is something for everyone. The children’s areas are very clean and well maintained, which is extremely important for us as parents. The reception team deserves special praise—they are always polite, helpful, and ready to assist with anything you need. We had a small issue with our booking through Love Holidays. Our stay officially started on April 1st, but our flight arrived late at night, and we only reached the hotel at 2 AM on April 2nd, effectively losing one day. The next day, we spoke with the manager, Anton Skrypnyk. He was exceptionally kind, understanding, and genuinely willing to help. We had originally been assigned a bungalow, which didn’t suit us, especially given the poor weather during our first days. We asked if it would be possible to move to a room in the main building for more comfort, especially for our child. Anton handled everything immediately. Within just a couple of hours, we were offered a new room in the main building—spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. His professionalism and care truly made a difference to our stay. The service in this hotel is top-level. The food is absolutely delicious, with a huge variety of options to choose from. Everything is very clean—rooms are cleaned daily, and even the public areas and restrooms are spotless. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We will definitely return again!
