Papillon Zeugma

We have just returned from a fantastic stay with 3 other families. From the moment we arrived we were looked after by all the staff; everyone is so friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised and grateful to find everything we needed for a toddler in our room, a big bath, step, potty and even some baby friendly toiletries, something we have never had before waiting! A special thanks to Emel in the restaurant who always went above and beyond for us every day, especially with our toddler who adored her. She was so smiley and attentive, we missed her on her day off! Simi was great whizzing around the pool making sure we kept hydrated and the life guards were really on it too! Our daughter loved the kids club and entertainment in the evening, big thanks to Elena, Cookie, Marina, Assem and Natalia who work hard all day keeping the children entertained and happy, the kids club really makes the hotel a great choice for families. We thought this was one of the best hotels we have stayed at over the years due to such amazing food, entertainment and how well kept everything is, nothing ever felt too busy even at full capacity. We would defo return!

Great hotel, clean, great food, great service and what an amazing kids club. Plenty for the kids to do, both of us felt safe and happy, Thanks to Cookie, Elena, Natalia, Assem and Marina for looking after the kids so well! Thanks to Sima, Emel, for looking after us pool and restaurant side, so well really was a great holiday!

We had an amazing stay with our family and three other families of friends, and we couldn’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived we were so impressed. The hotel was incredibly clean, the food was amazing, and the staff were fantastic throughout. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and really went above and beyond to make our holiday special. A special mention to the wonderful Kids Club team: Cookie, Elena, Assem, Marina and Natalia. They were brilliant with the children, who absolutely loved spending time with them and had so much fun! We’d also like to thank Emel, who works at the restaurant. She was always so happy, welcoming and helpful, especially with the children. And a big thank you to Sima at the pool, who looked after us so well, serving drinks and always checking if we needed anything. The whole team made us feel so welcome and well looked after. All four families had a fantastic holiday and we were genuinely sad to leave. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We would definitely love to come back!

This is our 4th year staying here and it doesn’t disappoint. The cleanliness, food the incredible staff. Facilities are perfect for us ! Nothing is too much hassle. Have to mention Kiporota in guest relations who makes your stay extra special , Sima who kept the drinks flowing by the pool , Emel at breakfast and lunch who will make sure you have everything you need with the biggest smile. The kids club also brings us back every year. Our 8 year old doesn’t want to holiday anywhere else. We came with some other families this year and I’m sure we will be back in 2027.

This is a wonderful family destination. The facilities are excellent, but the staff really make the experience. Kiporota in guest relations, Emel in the restaurant, Margaret in the cocktail bar, the incredible Sima on rollerskates around the pool. Elena, Cookie and Irina at kids club. Tina at activities. The care and dedication of the staff really make this a special trip. We've been 4 years in a row now!
