Papillon Zeugma

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious with plenty of choices, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the facilities were well maintained. We would happily come back again!

The hotel is very clean everywhere. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with any questions. The cuisine is very varied, including ala-carte restaurants. Special thanks to the kids' club and all the staff (Islamina and other participants).

Fantastic holiday with excellent daytime activities throughout. A special mention to Naina, who was brilliant from start to finish — always friendly, energetic and great at getting everyone involved. We have just returned from our vacation, and we would like to say that we really liked the hotel: it offers good service, a responsive and friendly attitude toward guests, clean grounds, and varied food. We were very satisfied with the hotel’s kids’ club! The team is professional and competent. Special thanks to Elena for her friendliness—she always greeted us with a smile and was readily available. The animators: Assem, Cookie, Marina, Natalya, and others are very friendly and always found ways to engage and entertain the children. Our kids couldn’t wait to return to the club, and we felt completely at ease knowing they were in safe hands. We would like to thank every member of the team for their kind and caring attitude toward our children!
