For me, this place has become more than just a hotel — it has become a second home. Every time I come back, I feel the same joy, the same sense of peace, and the same warmth with which I have always been welcomed. The people, the atmosphere, and the way we are treated make this place truly special to me. And the Animation Team has a very special place in this whole story. Through their energy, their smiles, and the way they bring people together, friendships are created and moments are shared that you carry in your heart. ❤️ There are places you go to for a holiday, and there are places where you feel like you belong. For me, this is one of those places. This was our third consecutive year at this hotel, and once again, we had a wonderful holiday. It is always a good sign when you come back and still find new things to appreciate. One of the things we particularly value is the loyalty program, which makes returning guests feel genuinely appreciated. We also loved the new 16+ areas – a great addition and a lovely place to relax. For families, there is also a great variety of activities for kids, and the Kids Club is really well organized, with a good range of activities and a professional, welcoming team. It is definitely a place where children can have fun and parents can enjoy some well-deserved time for themselves. The evening shows were very professional, with impressive costumes and production. Another thing that stood out was seeing many of the same employees as in previous years. Their familiar faces, warmth and professionalism make the hotel feel almost like coming back to a place you know. The à la carte restaurants are another highlight, especially the Turkish restaurant, which we feel is a bit underrated. The food, service and attention to detail made the experience feel truly special and indulgent. Overall, the combination of excellent service, attention to detail, great food and the feeling of being genuinely welcomed keeps bringing us back. Three years in a row says quite a lot – and we are already looking forward to coming back again!
