Papillon Zeugma

We’ve been coming back to Papillon Zeugma for the past seven years, and every visit reminds us why we love this hotel so much. From the moment we arrive, we’re made to feel at home. The service is consistently outstanding, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the facilities are luxurious and beautifully maintained. A special thank you to Emel, who made our breakfast experience so enjoyable every morning. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Her genuine care and excellent service made our mornings even more special. Thank you to the entire Papillon Zeugma team for another unforgettable stay. We look forward to returning again next year!

This hotel is amazing very clean the food there was an excellent choice, something for everyone’s palate.

Excellent variety of food and chose of premium brand drinks. Hamza in pool bar top bar man with a smile and excellent at making cocktails. Sima the roller skate waitress is incredible, food court has amazing choice during the day but I would have loved it to stay open a little later. Elham the waitress in main restaurant is so attentive and even after meeting us once remembered our drinks order. Fabulous entertainment during the day with a special mention to Timur, Tina, Yana and stephan. Thanks for learning us how to play boccia, shuffle board, javalot and 21 at the darts. You have made incredible memories for our family holiday. Nighttime shows excellent with talented acrobats and dancers. The cleaning staff in all areas work hard to keep the hotel spotlessly clean. Room was a good size and mini bar restocked each day. Guest relations very welcoming when we arrived and welcome drink a lovely touch. This hotel definitely deserves its 5 star rating and all staff we have met are a credit to the papillon name. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

Lets start with every personell's kindness and smiling, they made us feel at home, we the first day we came to the hotel we met with the animation team, they're really funny and energetic and made us join every single activity they have thank you for the whole animation team, the hotel is very clean the toilets and room everywhere is clean. thank you everyone for this amazing holiday
