Papillon Zeugma

This was my first Holiday to Papillon Zeugma Relaxury and I wasn't disappointed with ANY aspect of my Holiday. The Hotel itself is super luxurious and ultra clean. The Hotel was a little quiet due to not being in season but I expected that and it's exactly what I wanted and needed after a few extremely busy months at work!! FOOD - The food is absolutely amazing and the selection was far better than I've seen at ANY All Inclusive Hotel and as I mentioned, this was out of season! I've never seen full fish served before and they were huge! They were delicious but definitely not the fussy eaters, as they still had the bones and eyes in!! 😂 Fresh Pizzas, stuffed Turkish bread, actually ALL types of bread cooked right in front of you! My favourite had to be the Cheesy Garlic Bread 😋😋🤤🤤!! I can't explain how many different types of dessert were on offer, the selection was unbelievable!! DRINKS - As it was the Christmas period, they had Mulled Wine, which was lovely with a shot of spiced rum added to it! Also several other festive drinks but I stuck to the Mulled Wine! There are so many premium drinks included in your Standard All Inclusive Package and they offered an update but that was for things like Single Malt Whisky's and super expensive Cognac which wasn't something I was interested in! You also received table service which was a nice touch! ROOM - Was Huge!!! Super clean and had electric curtains! The TV was a bit difficult to work but after a couple of days I understood how to work it (Probably partly down to the Mulled Wine and Rum!!!) STAFF - When above and beyond which ever the department they worked in. I was greeted on arrival and instantly asked If would I like a drink from the Bar bringing over, whilst she explained the Hotel to you and to see if you have any questions. Restaurant Staff and Bar Staff, very attentive! ANIMATION TEAM - Exceptional, especially when it's low season, their Job must be so difficult! There was always some kind of activities going on but I loved the fact that they didn't constantly beg or pester you to go to some activity! I definitely had a favourite and I could chat to Her for hours. She was such a nice person and very professional. Her name is Tina and she speaks 6-7 Languages, super friendly and is in the perfect Job for Her, as She loves meeting new People and new Friends. AMENITIES - All I can say is look at the pictures on their website, as they are exactly what you will see when you arrive! The Gym is fully equipped like you would expect in a Pure/JD Sports Gym! It's a great place for a relaxing break, or a party holiday and definitely for Families. Hopefully I will return later in the year and continue one of my many conversations with Tina 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We stayed at Papillon Zeugma Relaxury just before New Year, and I honestly don’t even know where to start. The whole hotel felt magical because of the New Year decorations beautiful lights everywhere, a big Christmas tree in the lobby, and such a cozy festive atmosphere, especially in the evenings. It really felt special being there at that time of year. Everything was very clean, our room was perfect every day, and the staff were always smiling. The food was delicious with so many options, and we loved the desserts and cocktails. We spent most evenings at the terrace bar because the atmosphere there was so relaxed and warm. The most unforgettable moment happened at the Farfalle à la carte restaurant, where my boyfriend surprised me with a proposal. The organization was so beautiful and romantic, and everything was arranged perfectly. It felt very natural and emotional not too much, just right. Of course, I said yes 💍 During the day we joined activities like rifle shooting, and I even won one round and got a medal! It was such a fun memory. In the evenings we played cards and talked with Tina and Gokan from the entertainment team. They were so friendly and made us feel really comfortable, like we were spending time with friends. This hotel will always be special for me because it’s where we got engaged, just before the New Year. It was the perfect way to end one year and start another ❤️ We will definitely come back Xx

We were very satisfied with our holiday here. The food was varied and delicious, the staff were attentive, and cleanliness was very good throughout our stay. We did not experience any problems at all. The relaxation pool at the back was especially quiet and peaceful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a very comfortable and relaxing six-day holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

Stayed October 2024. Luxourious stay in beautiful surroundings. This hotel is geared for families with small children and this isn't made clear in promotional media. Families were the guest majority. However, it is a beautiful, luxurious hotel with lovely, respectful staff. On arrival, we were greeted in reception with a choice of sparkling wine or strawberry juice in beautiful glasses and choice of macarons. The hotel was very clean and smelled gorgeous and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The entertainment is fantastic (get there early) and the themed beach parties transform the pool area and are great for families. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The fridge was restocked daily. The buffet food is beautifully presented, fresh and plentiful with lots of choice. British people may struggle with the lack of pork products and the general gearing towards the taste of the majority guest nationality (Russian). The speciality restaurants are fantastic (particularly the Italian) as is the sweet treat shop. Travellers tips: Air con in the rooms - the vents above the door may be pointing to the ceiling, angle them down into the room for a cooler room. The adults only pool is very cold and the sun doesn't really reach the adults area in October.
