Papillon Zeugma

We stayed at Papillon Zeugma Relaxury Hotel at the end of April as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children), and overall we had a very positive experience. We arrived early in the morning and really appreciated the hotel’s Z Lounge area, where we could relax, take a nap and even shower before check-in. This was a great touch and noticeably better service compared to many other hotels. The hotel itself is very compact and well-designed, making it easy to get around. Everything- the kids’ club, beach, main pool, and dining areas, is within convenient walking distance, which is especially helpful when traveling with children. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. I would like to give special thanks to Tina, who made our stay even more enjoyable. She helped us find the best daily activities and often joined us in the evenings for a chat. Thanks to her, we spent several lovely nights enjoying live music and evening shows in great company. Since we visited just before the high season, the hotel was less crowded, which allowed us to fully enjoy all the facilities without any rush or stress. The main pool was wonderfully warm- an important detail for my wife, and the sea was already comfortable enough for swimming. Overall, we left with a great impression and many good memories from our stay.

Stayed at this hotel for the 2nd time, and the experience exceeded all expectations! Personnel is incredibly welcoming and friendly, very attentive and caring, and you feel that it is natural and sincere. We had impeccably clean room with high-quality amenities, bar refreshment every day, cleaning and all that, every detail was amazing. We definitely enjoyed main restaurant, food courts and a la carte, service was great everywhere. The facilities, including the spa and fitness center, all well-maintained. Overall, this stay helped us to enjoy entertainment, relax and rechange. I would highly recommend and gladly return to)

I felt like a truly welcome guest here. The staff never discriminate and treat everyone with respect, which made my stay very comfortable. Turkish hospitality is at a high level in every area — housekeeping, front desk, the main restaurant, bar at pool, spa, and the animation team were all excellent. There was one slightly uncomfortable moment with a staff member (a Kazakh girl) who asked overly personal questions and shared too much about herself, which felt a bit inappropriate. The pool could have been warmer, but aside from that, my entire week was fantastic. A big thank you to the managers, waiters, housekeeping team, and especially the chefs — I absolutely loved the way you cooked fish. You are truly the kings of fish!
