Papillon Zeugma

I asked for a proper bed arrangement for my kids before travelling here and was told this wouldn’t be a problem. However, after arriving late at night following a long flight, nothing had been arranged. I politely spoke to reception and even showed them the WhatsApp messages confirming the request, but they didn’t seem to care. I was ready to leave, but my travel agent was already closed because it was late, so we agreed to pay extra for a twin room with one double bed and two single beds, which was suitable for the four of us. Unfortunately, after settling in, we realised the room we were given (Room 1100) was right next to what seemed to be the restaurant’s main air conditioning motors. The noise was unbearable every single night. It honestly felt like trying to sleep on an aeroplane because of the constant loud fan/radiator noise. I honestly wasn’t bothered about the view or luxury — I just wanted a good night’s sleep, which is what holidays are supposed to be for. Very disappointed overall. Anyone planning to stay here should avoid Room 1100.

Fantastic holiday with excellent daytime activities throughout. A special mention to Naina, who was brilliant from start to finish — always friendly, energetic and great at getting everyone involved. The activities were really well organised and added so much to the atmosphere around the resort. Thank you for making the experience so enjoyable!

We have just returned from our vacation, and we would like to say that we really liked the hotel: it offers good service, a responsive and friendly attitude toward guests, clean grounds, and varied food. We were very satisfied with the hotel’s kids’ club! The team is professional and competent. Special thanks to Elena for her friendliness—she always greeted us with a smile and was readily available. The animators: Assem, Cookie, Marina, Natalya, and others are very friendly and always found ways to engage and entertain the children. Our kids couldn’t wait to return to the club, and we felt completely at ease knowing they were in safe hands. We would like to thank every member of the team for their kind and caring attitude toward our children!

We chose Papillon Zeugma Relaxury because it is perfectly suited for families. The outdoor area is spacious, the pools are heated, and everything is conveniently divided into comfortable zones. Activities take place throughout the entire day — archery, darts, and many other games. We would especially like to thank the girls who organized these activities for their energy and enthusiasm. The evening programs are interesting and diverse for both children and adults. The staff throughout the hotel is professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have excellent sound insulation. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food — everything is delicious, fresh, and high quality. The children especially loved the freshly made burgers and pizzas. This was our first time staying at a hotel in Turkey, but this experience has set a very high standard for other hotels. From our family, this hotel receives the highest recommendation!
