We were ment to go to Oba Star booked through LoveHolidays but on arrival informed they were full up !! So we were sent to Parador Sky hotel....which was poor in comparison ..no free WiFi...no Spa...no Entertainment...no nearby bars or shops.....all.inclusive drinks finished at 22 hours..personally I feel cheated..we contacted the Loveholidays rep...but he stormed off in a temper..we also contacted the 24 hour helpline for Loveholidays ..but they offered no help.
Food is very bad. 15/20 of us was sick (not sure if it was a local sick bug but we also had upset tummies. Drinks are boring you can only pick 5 drinks which was vodka, gin, raki, wine and effes beer. cocktails you have to pay 12 euros which was cheap basic drinks. Bar closes to early at 22:00pm. After this time you have to pay for the over priced cheap drinks. Beach is ok but the water is full of rocks which you will end up with cut feet so sea shoes are recommended. Only good thing, the bar staff are friendly and very helpful especially veysi who went above and beyond. Rooms are cleaned and tidied every day but blankets feel like bath towels and are
Very good hotel! Clean, comfortable, very welcoming and great location near the beach. The staff are very friendly and making sure everything is perfect. Especially Fehrat, he was really caring and making sure everybody feels amazing, professional in one word!!! I really enjoyed my stay and would definately come back!
The place is disgusting, manager is extremely rude, us and 5 other couples were told they didn't have room and was asked to stay isn a staff room, Food standard was poor and basic Rooms not clean with previous guest rubbish left in (including used plaster) Showers don't work Staff would not stop staring at any women in the pool Oh and a cocktail will cost you 14€ for the same cheep vodka, All inclusive stops at 10 No evening entertainment. 4€ for an ice cream. No gym or steam room. Would not recommend at all worst holiday we've ever had Turns out this hotel has recently been brought over by a new company who are falsely advertising this hotel as what it used to be. Shame I have to even give this hotel 1 star
Parador Sky hotel through Live Holidays On arrival the Desk clerk was very rude, no welcome speech, just asked for our passports, wasn't given any dining times or information. porter took luggage to our room 3rd floor 3302, saying we had one of the best rooms, stood at the door, waiting for a tip, told him we will sort out tomorrow, otherwise not sure if he would have left An entire wall had damp problems with plaster hanging off room smelt bad. Approx 830am went downstairs , no one to ask, found restaurant from sounds. Wasn't approached by any staff to offer help. After breakfast we complained about the condition of the room, particularly the wall damage and mould. Although English was listed as a spoken language on Love holidays website, no one could speak or even understand English, eventually it was agreed to change our room to 3304. Asked to use the room safe, was told it would be £52 for the two weeks, I said this was excessive and should be a lot less, the desk clerk just kept thrusting his calculator in my face with £52 on it, asked about WIFI, was told only free in the lobby, would be £15 per week per phone. On the morning of the 7th September, I complained to the rep, who happened to be around, that NONE of the dishes in the restaurant had food labels, making it impossible to know what foods were, my partner has a serious allergy to fish, but of course no note was made of this. There were No food labels at lunch and NONE at dinner either, obviously a retaliation for me complaining. Absolutely NO ONE with a Nut allergy ( which is very common ) should stay at this hotel. Music at the pool side was mostly 'Head banging music' sometimes so loud as to cause us headaches. On one occasion I walked down to the front desk to complain about how loud the music was, especially as it had got much louder after the manager talked to the pool bar staff, presumably to turn the volume up. The 'person at the front desk, told me to talk and the manager would hear me pointing towards his office. I said that I wanted to talk to him, I was beckoned through, I explained the music was too loud, but without even acknowledging my presence or speaking to me he picked up his phone and began speaking in 'what I can only assume to be Turkish ' I then gave up waiting after around 5 minutes and walked back to the pool, for 5-10 minutes the music actually became louder, before settling down to something more reasonable, again retaliation There are signs by the pool stating that a LIFEGUARD is always in duty. There was never any lifeguard presence. The hotel is described as having 'professional evening entertainment' There are two of these 'events' per week, with raffle tickets being handed out. It usually involves a single female dancer but can sometimes be a group 4 or 5, the ones listed as belly dancers, can only be described as ridiculous, the dance lasts around 10 minutes, during which time 5 minutes is spent encouraging guests to dance also. After this absurdity, raffle numbers are called out, the ' lucky winners' get the opportunity to get free transport to a leather shop, where they are given a free handbag, not big enough to put a single key in. The evening continues with what is described as a fashion show, but is just some people walking around the pool in leather jackets. Which took another 10 minutes. This so called entertainment, was a feeble excuse to dup guests into going to the leather shop and hopefully spend money......IMO the hotel gets these dancers for free, in exchange for letting them promote their leather shop, it's shameless and a complete scam, THERE IS NO evening entertainment' The whole evening 'fiasco' lasts a max of 20 minutes During our 2 week stay, there wasn't any fire drills performed or any mention of any. The love holiday website states that inclusive drinks every day till 1030pm, but the hotel closes the bar at 10pm, on the dot. Reception offered pool towels, to buy only, at a cost of £10 each, but at a local bazaar these can be bought for £5 each. Love holidays website lists English as a spoken language, but NONE of the staff understood or spoke English, this was particularly difficult in the restaurant, where it was often necessary to ask several staff about the food, sometimes not even getting an answer, even the main chef, with the Chefs hat, on waived us away dismissively. Activities are meant to Include table tennis, darts, WHERE ? and beach volleyball. There's also a games room for indoor entertainment. WHERE these are is a mystery and tea and coffee making facilities with kettle. ONLY A KETTLE asked for milk was told " go to the bazaar and buy some " 😡 Spoken languages: English, German, Turkish None of the staff speak or even understand English Staff are extremely rude and discourteous Lots of the lunch and menu dishes are not marked up what they are, have to constantly find someone and ask, which is incredibly difficult Need a menu on the wall in the entrance to the restaurant, so everyone knows what's available without having to open every food container The belly dancer evening entertainment' was a complete sham, only lasted 10-15 mins and in no way was it entertaining, the whole ' event' was just an excuse to give away raffle tickets, which of course everyone won, and got a free trip to the leather shop, the second entertainment event last night was a girl modelling leather jackets, complete waste of time, was obviously a deal then hotel has with the leather shop, and we were asked to clap this leather jacket parade
