Parador Sky Hotel

A very pleasant hotel. The service is fantastic, the rooms are clean, and there is a beautiful view of the sea. You just need to cross the street to reach the beach. The food is delicious.

We would especially like to express our appreciation for Burak. He is not only an excellent professional who takes great pride in his work, but also an truly wonderful human being. His kindness, warmth and genuine friendliness make him stand out in the best possible way. What makes Burak so special is that he makes you feel welcome through his personality, not just through his work. He treats people with kindness and respect, and his positive attitude makes a lasting impression. It is rare to meet someone who is so genuinely kind and thoughtful. People like Burak are what make a hotel truly special. Great food and beautiful surroundings are wonderful, but it is the people who make a holiday memorable. Burak is exactly that kind of person. He represents the very best of hospitality, and the hotel is incredibly fortunate to have someone like him on its team. Thank you, Burak, for being such an amazing person and for making our holiday even more special. You deserve all the appreciation and recognition you receive. We hope the hotel knows what a valuable person they have working for them. Keep being the wonderful person you are! Kind regards, Philip

Absolutely NOT a 4-star hotel – extremely disappointing This hotel was a huge disappointment and, in my opinion, does not deserve a 4-star rating at all. The standard was nowhere near what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The cleanliness was unacceptable. There was mould in the bathroom, including on the door, and the room had a constant damp and musty smell. The air conditioning looked like it belonged to another era and, even worse, there was mould inside it as well. I honestly found it difficult to understand how a hotel in this condition can be advertised as 4-star. The food was another major disappointment. There was very little choice and the quality was poor. What made things even worse was the cleanliness of the dishes – some plates were clearly not properly washed and still had visible grease marks on them. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel claiming to have a 4-star standard. And then there are the extra charges for practically everything. You have to pay extra for things that should be standard in a hotel of this category, such as Wi-Fi, beach towels, sun loungers on the beach and even the key card. It felt like every little thing came with an additional charge. The situation around the pool was ridiculous as well. There were far too few sun loungers, so if you wanted to get one, you had to wake up early and reserve it. That is not the kind of experience I expect from a 4-star hotel. The “drinks” were another joke. There was no proper cocktail menu. You basically chose an alcoholic drink and then chose a soft drink to mix it with. That was apparently considered a cocktail service. The location is also not particularly convenient, as the hotel is quite far from the city centre. And the information that the hotel was renovated only a year ago is honestly one of the biggest surprises. Based on the condition of the room, bathroom and air conditioning, I saw absolutely no evidence of a recent renovation. If anything was renovated, it certainly did not improve the areas that guests actually have to use. For comparison, I previously stayed at another 4-star hotel about 1 km from the Parador, and the difference was enormous. That hotel actually felt like a 4-star property. This one simply cannot compare. Overall, this hotel was a massive disappointment. The condition, cleanliness, food, lack of facilities, constant extra charges and overall standard are nowhere near what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. I definitely would not recommend staying here. Save your money and choose somewhere else.

Just back from our 10 day holiday, first of all this hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. On arrival at 4am in the morning we were shown to our room with our luggage by a member of staff, who just stood there waiting for a tip, we had been travelling all day and we just wanted to get into bed, we hadnt taken any Turkish lira as we planned to get some once we arrived in resort, so I had £5 in my purse which I gave the staff member to get him out the room, we were given a packed lunch of a "ham" and cheese baguette an apple and carton of cherry juice. We were told there would be 2 cartons of water everyday in our mini fridge, we had 2 on the first night, then 2 on day 8 nothing in-between. You had to pay 10 euros for a beach towel if you needed one, and although the hotel has a part on the beach , you still had to pay extra for sun loungers and parasols. The room was a standard double, with 2 single beds, very very dated, and desperately needs an update, the shower/ toilet room was ridiculously small and the shower itself was tiny. The view from the room was nice overlooking the beach. Cleanliness wasn't the best, very dusty on the furniture, and the floors were dirty. Beds were changed twice in 10 days. The food at this hotel was very good, although breakfast was very samey everyday. The "all inclusive" drinks were shocking, a choice of one beer, Effes, local vodka, local Gin, local wine, then soft drinks including Sprite, Coke, Fanta. They had cocktails on the menu but at extra cost!, not included in the All Inclusive , the all inclusive bar ended at 10pm after that you had to pay for any drinks from the bar ( I think this is too early as people are on holiday) but I wasn't paying 6 euros for the drinks on offer after 10pm. Entertainment in 10 days was twice, one night a belly dancer, then a singer another night and that was it. There are a few hard working members of staff mainly in the catering/ kitchen , but other than those, the other staff although working collecting glasses, cleaning around the pool, did not engage with guests at all, they were quite miserable. Even the bar staff barely took notice of us, There is no bottled water available at this hotel, we asked at the bar, and were told to use the drinks machine, which had little paper cups to use , ( clearly not big enough for water, considering the temperatures) , so we went out and bought bottled water and refilled them everyday. This hotel is definitely more geared up for German and Polish visitors and not the British, absolutely no holiday vibe around the pool, music was played really low mostly, occasionally they turned it up, but around the pool the atmosphere was pretty flat. Would I stay here again, absolutely not, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you are just using it as a bed for the night, and going out most days.

Hotel is very spacious, staff is very friendly when you will be the same for them. The most important thing is, the food and barvages are for real the best. Fresh, tasty local food. Staff take care for real for your stay and experience. Waites take all the plates and cups when you finish. Hotel is spotless! No dirty, no dust, everything shine ! The air conditioner is brand new! Fresh and nice clean! Housekeeping take care about your room. Bartenders makes very good drinks, story or not it depends from you. They are here for you. If you will need any help all the staff is here for you. Check in starts from 14;00 we were very lucky that we received our room at 10a.m thankfully to the manager of the hotel. These people know how to make a great, safety stay!
