Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Antalya

Excellent location, a pleasant walk through the park to Kaleici old town. No beach as such but a nice infinity pool and various other terraces with sunbeds and stairs into the crystal clear sea. Remarkable underground gym& leisure complex built deep into the rock. The restaurant operates a "wristband model", different colours entitle you to different treatment. Old-fashioned. Get a red or black one, otherwise everyone will think you're poor and the staff will try to charge you for sparkling water, coffee and everything else they can. Superb terrace for alfresco dining, with fabulous views across the sea towards the snowcapped Taurus mountains. If you opt for a "standard" room you will end up on the first, second or third floor. Tired, smelling of cigarette smoke and overlooking the neighbouring blocks of flats. I had to upgrade, 7 days in there wasn't an option. So if you want any feeling of relative luxury go for a superior room with balcony and seaview, 4th floor and higher. Keep that in mind when comparing prices with other hotels. Nice looking hotel lobby, impressive architecture, with plenty of seating places for a relaxed drink. Unfortunately the rest of the hotel looks a bit tired: stains on the hallway carpets, furniture that has seen better days. Members of staff could look more presentable and behave a bit more subtle, especially the technical and security personnel: walking around looking important and talking loudly. In a luxury hotel service has to be felt not seen or heard. I'm not being difficult, other hotels in Antalya do it very well and for the same money. Overall, a pleasant stay which could have been excellent. The critism is constructive, I really hope they take it onboard and improve, the hotel's location deserves it.

The hotel system when it comes to serving staying customers is shambles. They issue with the tags and you are expecting to have it on you at all times 24/7 what an idiotic system, never again I will be using this hotel 🏨.

Amazing location and lovely hotel. We have come to this hotel more then 10 times as location wise it is great. Not the usual "lie in the beach" but central to rich history, all amenities and transport. Hotel itself is looked after well with excellent hardworking staff. Room and hotel are very clean with Amazing views.

I'd not have his hotel in a 5 star category, the price yes, but the quality of the rooms, the facilities and the service seem to be closer to a 3 star. The foyer looks nice, but carpets in the hall to our room are in desperate need of a deep clean. Our room was on floor A although was clean and tidy, it was dated and in need of a refurb. It overlooked a complete mess, however, I understand that they can't keep their neighbors tidy, but it added to our disappointment. The location is good for a walk into the center with some really decent restaurants near by. If I were to go back to the area, I'd be looking for alternative accommodation

Good Hotel with lots of small issues, Bad stuff, The Staff especially the floor staff in the restaurant, They don't really greet you with a smile or welcome "it's what's your room number" then ok sit anywhere, they don't bring drinks to table unless you ask and keep asking i.e coffee,tea,water They don't leave water bottles on the table they pour a small glass for you. The cost to eat is €36 per person The Entertainment is so poor it's laughable this hotel wants you to either go to bed at 8 or go elsewhere to enjoy your night maybe because this shows the staff don't like the guests !! The Spa towels are so thin they look worn, not the fluffy spa towels you would get at a 5* star hotel. The Gym doesn't open till 8 people have business at 9 and breakfast to catch before 9 so the gym needs to open at least an hour earlier. No shampoo or conditioner throughout the hotel only soap dispensers. No yoga or pilates classes just crazy!! Guest relations don't care !!
