Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Antalya

Excellent service from Hanife she knows the hospitality business she is so pleasant. She is a diamond in the rough. She is extremely professional she made sure my birthday experience was outstanding

Excellent staff and very close to old town

Together with this trip, we have now stayed more then 40 nights at this hotel. We keep coming back to this hotel because of the wonderful position on the cliffs and location. What has made it extra special is your front house manager Serdal who has the most courteous demeanor. We see this with us, other guests and also in the way he treats his staff. A real credit to Ramada. As we come at least twice a year, we now see many staff who have been working at this hotel for many years and this indicates that Ramada is a good employer. Definitely a favourite of ours feeling like home away from home.

Location is excellent. Smell in the lobby.

Would be 4.5, Stayed here for a few nights whilst having a hair transplant, Stayed all inclusive the food was very good, maybe some more breakfast options such as hash browns etc would be a good inclusion, however lunch and dinner was very good a large selection of hot and cold dishes, the desert choice was one of the biggest I’ve seen at an all inclusive resort, top marks for that. It also has a truly 24 hour drinks bar and a late night buffet just like on a cruise ship which was a good thought. My only negative was the room I did upgrade my room but didn't really seem like I did, it was on the ground floor the window looked out on to the neighbouring building about 3 metres away, not much natural daylight and hardly a city view. Room was also quite outdated definitely needs a refresh, the room lock didn’t double lock and the chain had clearly been broken at somepoint, the bed was very comfortable however.
