Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Antalya

Being one of the biggest fans of Antalya Turkey, I always brag about the quality of service, food and hospitality, until I visited Ramada Plaza. The first impression was excellent, smiling staff, excellent location and beautiful architecture then the bubble burst. First issue was in room placement, although we booked two rooms as a family a month ago, on checkin they placed us on separate floors ( 11th and 1st!) Which was horrible for the kids! After me agreeing to pay an additional 120 euro fee, they moved us to the same floor. Then we found that the AC is not working in one of the rooms, the staff were ignorant and absoutely clueless! After 3 half hour visits from the tech team to fix the issue, we slept without AC at 28 deg temp. Second day was the same, just ignored my request to change the room! Food was borderline bad, overpriced, and no restaurant available to eat at night. Public bathrooms near the pool were horrible, cleanlines in general was mediocre, and building maintenance was rubbish, with peeling paint, damaged light bulbs..etc. The bathroom amenities are good with all expected disposable items, shower was good though the bath-tub was unusable to anyone shorter than 6ft. Overall, a bad experience, in an otherwise excellent hotel and resort area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a beautiful hotel with a stunning view of the sea. We booked the breakfast option, and it was very good with plenty of choice. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel. Ibrahim from the breakfast team was incredibly kind and welcoming. Every morning, he made sure we had a table outside, and our water and fresh juice were already waiting for us. His kindness and excellent service made every breakfast even more enjoyable. Thank you, Ibrahim! <3 Mario always kept the beach area clean and tidy. He was always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. You can really see how much care he puts into his work. Great service!

A pleasant stay. My first revist in 10 years. Improvements have occurred in this time. English is more widlely spoken, but I speak Turkish. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Clearly training plays a big part. It would be difficult to mention any one staff member over another. My room was cleaned daily and all the public areas were kept spotless.

A wonderful and very beautiful hotel. The staff are very respectful, especially "Super Mario," who was fantastic and extremely pleasant to deal with.
