We had a really lovely stay at the Ramada Hotel in Antalya, kindly treated by my son as part of our family holiday. On arrival, we were offered a sea view upgrade, which made the experience even more special with beautiful views and a lovely breeze. Overall, we felt it was great value for money, especially considering the quality of the facilities and service. Before our stay, my son also arranged a Turkish scrub and massage for myself and my daughter-in-law at the hotel. The scrub area felt very authentic, just like a traditional Turkish bath, and the massage room was calm and relaxing with soothing music. While the overall experience was enjoyable, it would have been even better if the therapists checked in more during the massage, and at times they spoke to each other in their own language, which felt a little unprofessional. That said, when I asked for a gentler massage, it was adjusted straight away. The rooms were modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds and stylish décor. The connecting rooms worked perfectly for our family, each with its own bathroom and balcony, which made everything feel very convenient. The hotel facilities were excellent, with several outdoor pools on different levels, accessible by stairs or lift, and a unique cool, cave-like walkway connecting the areas, which was a nice escape from the sun. The outdoor pool and private sea access were highlights, especially the floating platform for sunbathing and the enclosed swimming area, which felt very safe. Despite the hotel being busy, we had no issues with noise levels, which made for a very relaxing stay. Breakfast was a real treat, with a wide variety of Turkish and continental options, including freshly cooked fried eggs, omelettes, and even pancakes, along with a great selection of drinks. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and a great choice for a relaxing family break.

Amazing stay, relaxing, entertaining and good food!

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, especially because of the way the situation was handled by the staff. I stayed at this hotel under the all-inclusive concept, but after check-out I was not allowed to use the hotel’s facilities or services, even though my flight was late at night and I was still waiting for my departure. I was told that my bracelet was no longer valid after 12:00, which was completely unexpected and unacceptable for me. I have traveled to Turkey many times and stayed at different all-inclusive hotels, including well-known resorts such as Rixos, Swandor, and others. In all of my previous experiences, guests were allowed to continue using the hotel’s facilities and all-inclusive services until the evening after check-out, especially when they had late flights. This is a common practice in many Turkish resorts. The biggest disappointment was not only the policy itself, but the unfriendly and unprofessional way it was communicated. This information should have been clearly explained to me in advance, especially considering that my departure was late at night. Instead of enjoying my last day of vacation, I had to waste my time arguing about this issue and dealing with unnecessary stress. A truly guest-oriented hotel should show hospitality, understanding, and flexibility. Unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed or valued as a guest here. This experience shows a lack of professionalism and poor guest relations. I will share my experience on Booking and other review platforms because future guests should be aware of this approach. I cannot recommend this hotel. If you are looking for real Turkish hospitality, good service, and respect for guests, I would advise choosing another hotel.

Thank you, Fadîme, for your fantastic work and kindness! Thanks also to the kitchen staff—everything was delicious—and to the bartender at Indigo's with the great hairstyle and pleasant smile. We hope to return to Ramada soon!!!
