Great Hotel, great pool with plenty of sunbeds. Friendly staff, lots of food choices. On site spa, kids play, amusement arcade, and shops. Also had an Indoor pool and gym. I read previous reviews before going that were negative, this was not the case, this hotel exceeded expectations.

We stayed with family, before travel to resort we informed hotel reception for dinner that we would be on time for dinner,but when we reached in kitchen for dinner, the staff were started to take off the food from table.We have requested that we are in within the time and we came after 12 hrs long day with kids ,but they didn`t listen to us. Big problem with staff communication. Worse thing that you have to pay for WiFi. Food and drink quality is very poor.every day same food not good rotation. I will not recommend anyone.

I read the reviews from March and was a little apprehensive to say the least, but my experience of this hotel was extremely different from the negative reviews I'd read. The rooms (we had 3) were clean and serviced every day the mini bar was restocked, any thing you asked for was done efficiently, extra towels, toilet paper, pillows, I even asked for an extra duvet and got one. And everything was delivered so quickly. The shower cubicle broke and we reported at 6pm went for dinner and it was fixed by the time we went back. The staff are super friendly and very help, ask reception anything and they will find you an answer. There's always cleaning staff no matter what time of day it is and the amount of drinks that get knocked over and they just say "no problem I clean it". The food is plentiful and so many different types, unfortunately being an egg and chips kind of girl I didn't try most of the meats they have to offer, but did try a little of the many dishes. The entertainment (what they had on) was pleasant enough the animation team did an excellent job. Overall a great holiday.

The hotel is good but could be great. Beach, pool, drinks selection and variety of food is good...but...food quality is poor and unlabelled. For example, chips are undercooked, dietary requirements will not be stated - does it have nuts? Who knows. Food is often cold. They also randomly pushed loads of tables together reducing the space for people to eat. My partner is fussy so likes her own space when eating. Snacks that aren't meal times is limited to cakes and biscuits. Entertainment is none existent. Could not find any! Everyone sits in the lobby bar on phones or playing cards. Most of the staff are kinda grumpy. Not all but most of the servers are. "Good" internet you have to pay for. Rooms are lovely, spa is ok, pool is good and so is the beach. Selection and range of drinks is good. Cleaning staff are on it. Shops are ok. Go out for literally 50% cheaper clothes than what's in the hotel.

This hotel is not the best out of the way not in side good 30 mins on bus food is cold not the best hygiene is not great chefs touch cooked food after touching raw no entertainment had to go out every night and pay while we was all inclusive management are not interested and rude it’s cheap for a reason bed not comfy 10 days far too long felt like a month
