The location of the hotel is ok if you don't mind d a 20min walk to the shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself isnt dirty but needs abit of tlc in places such as the softplay room, the mats are sticking up.and are dangerous if you don't notice. The room was clean but often could smell drains but had everything you needed but could benefit with a comfy matress and was very disapponting that when we arrived late at night there was only 3 beds in the room so they had to bring another camp bed. The bar staff were ok and friendly apart from one bloke called Sabit gave me the creeps. entertainment was good but could have not put us in a room right near it as the boys struggled to sleep before 11pm as they are only 2. The restaurant food was ok if a bit repetitive but our frustration was the highchairs they aren't cleaned properly and everything we were trying to clean them and without own wipes as when you asked for them to be wiped it was too much trouble. There was also either a bug or something going on with the food all 4 of us were ill during the week Wasn't a bad place to stay but won't be back

Group of 3 friends. We paid extra and booked the 2 bedroom apartment expecting a nice spacious area for us all. We stayed in room 1311. Really disappointed as the room was so small one of the beds blocked the doorway to get into the other room. The beds were very uncomfortable like sleeping on a piece of wood. The furniture was very worn and tatty with one small rail on a piece of wood to hang clothes for 3 people. The rooms were poorly lit with just one light by the door in the room with twin beds. The room is in desperate need of refurbishment. The floor looked like it had never been cleaned in months with heavy staining on it from the bathroom and the smell of the drains were awful morning and night. Food Main restaurant had plenty of choice, however they do not empty the food left in the trays before replenishing newly cooked food. So food that had gone cold was being topped with hot food so be wary. They start the bbq around 4pm at the pool area, we had to leave the pool as the smoke from it stung our eyes. The pool food area and beach bar was the same regards food replenishment, the beach bar only served wine or beer or soft drinks, which is unfortunate if you have paid all inclusive and only enjoy spirit drinks. The furniture was tatty and worn at these areas so you constantly felt like you were sitting in dirt, so we stayed away and used the lobby bar and main restaurant. Bars Pool bar was a wasp haven so was quite off putting Lobby bar was pleasant so we stayed there for drinks The staff at the lobby bar were all lovely and engaged in conversation and made sure your drinks were flowing. All the staff said hello and were pleasant when walking through the building. Wifi is only free in the lobby area, if you want wifi throughout the building you have to pay for it, having travelled to Turkey for many years and staying in 3,4,5 star hotels this is the 1st hotel I have ever known in that charges for wifi so get a good sim card if your staying here. There was nothing about 4 stars for this hotel. We would not return to this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel at the end of September with our two young children, and honestly, we feel that this hotel does not deserve the ratings it currently has. First of all, I would like to give special praise to the housekeeping staff, especially the lovely lady who takes care of the rooms from 3201 onwards. Our room was thoroughly cleaned every single day, and everything we asked for was taken care of with kindness and attention. The food can be a little repetitive, but it is tasty, and I am sure everyone can find something they enjoy. All the waiters and other staff members were wonderful, friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to the gentleman who drives the small shuttle to the beach. He is energetic, kind, and very understanding, and always made the trip to the beach a pleasant experience. And an especially big thank you to the beach staff. Everyone was lovely and smiling, but I would particularly like to praise the gentleman responsible for the sun loungers. He was constantly working – cleaning, picking up pieces of paper blown away by the wind, sweeping and keeping the area around the showers clean. Whenever he noticed a damaged or cracked sun lounger, he immediately removed it. He clearly takes great pride in his work and does his job exceptionally well, always with a smile on his face. His dedication really deserves to be recognized. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is great and genuinely family-friendly, especially for guests travelling with young children. From our family, we have nothing but recommendations. We would definitely come back again!

I booked this holiday last minute and paid just over £400 per person for five nights, so I was a little unsure what to expect. I had read quite a few mixed reviews and had only stayed in one all-inclusive hotel before. I’m also pregnant, so cleanliness and food quality were important to me, especially as these were mentioned in some of the negative reviews. Thankfully, our experience was very different. For a five-night break, we thought the holiday was fantastic. Our room was fine and exactly what you would expect for the price we paid. It was clean, although I wouldn’t say it was cleaned every day. We did, however, receive fresh, clean towels and bedding. The bathroom could probably do with a revamp, but considering the limited amount of time we spent in the room, it was perfectly adequate. I’m quite fussy with food, but I really enjoyed the meals. I didn’t try much at breakfast apart from the pancakes with chocolate spread, which quickly became a favourite, and the fruit selection was very good. We never had any trouble finding a table at breakfast, lunch or dinner, although this may have been because of the time of year we visited. Lunch was probably my favourite meal. There was a good choice of pasta, salads and hot food, and the wedges were especially nice. Dinner was also varied, with different themed evenings during our stay. One evening was sushi night, which I couldn’t eat because I’m pregnant, but it looked very popular and was presented well. The staff were always friendly and helpful. There weren’t many British guests while we were there, so I sometimes felt they weren’t used to how often we say please and thank you. Whenever we spoke to reception or contacted housekeeping, though, everyone was polite and happy to help. Before travelling, I had read that the hotel was isolated and far from everything. We didn’t find this to be the case. There was a short walk of around 10 to 15 minutes to reach shops, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. On our last evening, we had a lovely steak at Titanic Bar, which was a great way to finish the holiday. My partner used the gym and spa every day and also booked a full-body massage, which he really enjoyed. As I’m pregnant, I had a pregnancy-friendly scrub and body treatment. It was one of the highlights of the trip and probably the best spa treatment I’ve had in a long time. If we had stayed longer, I would definitely have booked another one. We also had no problems getting sunbeds. On the first morning, we set an alarm for 8am because we had heard they were difficult to get, but we soon realised this wasn’t necessary. For the rest of our stay, we arrived at the pool between 8am and 9:30am and were always able to get the same beds. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations. We arrived feeling unsure because of some of the reviews, but we had a really enjoyable stay. For the price we paid, we felt it was good value for money and would happily return.

Location of the hotel was good, rooms were in a very poor condition, needed some refurbishment - the bathroom and room ceiling were having water marks, the bathroom door needed some painting as it looked so dirty. The smell in the bathroom, of damp it was so bad! The soap dispenser was not really in a good condition either, it was full of soap but nothing was coming out of the dispenser. Noise level horrific, we could hear the neighbours talking/going to/using the bathroom. The service wise - we’ve booked the family double room and that was meant to be all inclusive but at the start when we arrived we had to pay extra for a wifi, to get a code per each phone not even per room! And on the hotel service list it was listed and included. The atmosphere wasn’t that great, not much was on offer! On the good side the spa services were amazing (even at extra cost!)! It was The highlight of the whole experience - 100%! As per all experience that we had I wouldn’t go back there again and i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!
