Amazing staff, breakfast 10/10, amazing rooms very spacious. We had diner at the restaurant and Pauline was Ana amazing lady who proper looked after us.so 10/10 to her.the staff at the reception were amazing spoke good English!!!! The spa 10/10 we enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you

The whole experience was really fantastic. From arrival where the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and really comfortable. The restaurant was varied in the diversity of food on offer. This was also true at the other food outlets. The beach area was very nice and again the food and service were exceptional. The staff were all excellent, but I must mention in particular:Isak who worked in the restaurant and bar. Aysu who was on guest relations and finally the sports advisor. Aĺ went over and above what could be expected and made our holiday a pleasure. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back.

Plenty of co-operation when given tips, should'nt be like that. Entertainment was good with husband/wives falling out (guests) Large entry doors always left open in the entertainment room, and this time of year it was cold. Food was ok, been nicer if a little warmer. Never went to the beach but there was a continuous bus through the day free! All in all I would have given a brighter feedback but afraid the experience was ony 3 in our opinion. Plenty of russians, however English language not spoken everywhere in the hotel, frutrating.
