Ramada Resort by Wyndham Side

Arrived at hotel late at night to find helpful staff on reception, offered drinks on arrival as well as heart warmed soup (my self and children appreciated after a very long day of travelling!) settled into room, woke up to an amazing breakfast! Lunch and dinner above expectations and the best I've came across so far - Hands on heart the food is delicious and something for everyone! There is no chance anyone will go hungry throughout their stay. The desserts were my favourite, with myself here celebrating my children's birthdays - there was enough cake to feed the population twice over! I'm only second day in and can only Thank staff for all the hard work they do each and every single member of staff has delighted me and my children on every interaction! A family welcoming felt every time, safe and trusted hotel throughout. Pool is lovely, efficient maintenance team on hand 24/7 always there to help! Entertainment absolutely smacked it - different theme every night I’ve been here tonight was a Turkish themed night and by far the best traditional entertainment I’ve seen by far! Cleaners came every day and were brilliant spot on every single day with fridge stocked with cold drinks to set for the next day which is brilliant! Pool is clean, waterpark is a must and the beach bar on hand daily from 10am. Rooms are spotless, hair dryer, soap shower gel aswell as many little perks found on arrival, kettle also stocked up with tea/ coffee station this hotel is an absolute must it's so lovely to see that there is a local population of friendly CLEAN cats which are welcomed by guests all the time! I will visit this hotel over and over again and recommend everyone to come to a great place where everyone is welcome and looked after. Thank you Ramada side, can’t wait to see you again soon!

Absolutely brilliant hotel! I can honestly say hands on heart this hotel is the best myself and children have came across, myself and children felt extremely welcome like we were home from the day we arrived! Checked in very late with very helpful staff who showed us to a lovely clean spacious room, not forgetting a beautiful view! was offered drinks and heart warmed soup which was really appreciated after a long day travelling all day. Settled into room with no issues - woke up to an amazing buffet breakfast - to later find out lunch and dinner and the same concept - absolutely everything on the menu with desserts to kill for, very impressed with absolutely everything on the all inclusive menu. The staff go above and beyond to help everyone. Felt safe and trusted throughout hotel at all times pool is lovely, maintenance team on hand 24/7 (we didn’t have absolutey any issues) Entertainment absolutely smacked it with a special Turkish themed night where we were there offering even more selection of more traditional food and cultural entertainment which myself and children really enjoyed. Cleaners came every day and restocked drinks in the fridge each day and were never left without, just having these were a huge relief for day trips either children. Shops are close by and a beautiful private beach is less than a 10 min walk - very safe and clean. Pool is beautiful and clean plenty to keep children and adults amazed! Hotel staff are so honest that even the cleaner chased me to return my phone after checking out and leaving in room by mistake! I cannot recommend this hotel more as seeing with our eyes it simply competes better than most 5 star hotels with more welcoming s sans top customer service. We had a great 2 week holiday here staff was amazing entertainment man was brilliant my daughter jess lv it .wish we could say hello again. Bar staff on an evening was brilliant. Definitely would come back ozzy who did darts with my son he was a good laugh 😃 hope staff see this post

Tbh location was a bit rubbish but hey thats my fault i booked wrong hotel if im honest wasnt allowed to change it either ,the only 2 real gripes we had was they had no white rum and just served us Vodka but didnt mention it till 2days before we left and found it amusing and the food, we did not have one hot meal the whole time we were there everything we had was cold tbh it was quite impressive how the fried eggs were cooked with runny yolks and stone cold lol. Next time i will book somewhere else and read the description properly i thought id booked another Ramada ie the Lara beach one which is amazing great food and good bar trip to the old town was good and for two euros each way good day out

We had a lovely week staying at the Ramada resort by Windham, Side. A lovely little hotel on the outskirts of Side, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable hotel. I was very apprehensive beforehand after reading some bad reviews about the hotel, but thankfully we were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. We booked a family room and were very pleased to have a spacious room which included a double room, two single rooms, an en suite and a french balcony overlooking the pool!! Rooms were cleaned every morning, fresh towels, fridge re stocked and plenty of water bottles. A large pool, very clean pool area, and water slides open in the afternoon only due to it still being low season. We also enjoyed spending time down at the beach, enjoying the walk to the beach over the sand dunes, and also used the shuttle bus once. Unfortunately beach bar wasn't open yet due to it being low season. There is also an indoor pool which we used twice on the days that it was raining. Very handy!! The No 5 bus was very handy, picked us up outside the hotel and took us into Side old town for €2 per person. There are also local bazaars and bars within walking distance of the hotel. We enjoyed the food at breakfast time and lunch time. Plenty of choice, particularly the salad and delicious, colorful desserts!! Unfortunately we found dinner to be repetitive, we would have preferred different food choices each evening. We had a lovely , relaxing holiday, would have loved to stay longer!!
