Ramada Resort by Wyndham Side

Having not looked forward to our holiday due to poor reviews , we were very much proved wrong!!!! 1. The room was clean and air conditioned, the maid was excellent a new towel statue every day. She is worth her weight in gold. 2. The food , yes it may not be scorching but it was plenty full and they do try and cater for many different people and if it was only warm then put it in the microwave that was on the side !!!!! 3. The staff. All the staff were excellent, especially the evening bar staff . All made a point of talking to us and the all inclusive drinks flowed until midnight. One staff member (I think was called Balak) was outstanding keeping us entertained. 4. The hotel. Dated in some parts but the pool and surrounding areas were clean and well kept. It is well worth a ten minute walk or a free shuttle ride to the beach bar as the food there was very good and the beach itself is private and stocked with plenty of sun lounges. When reviews say the staff are rude that was not evident in our visit in fact the guests were worst , no manners, lazy and obnoxious at times so hats off to the staff because I wouldn’t have bit my tongue like they did. We may have visited before things got busy but as far as we are concerned our stay was lovely. Thank you to the management and the staff and thank you to The Ramada hotel for a great stay with many happy memories

It is clear that the staff are well-intentioned; however, the hotel especially needs to improve itself in terms of hygiene and food quality. The presence of flies in the dining hall and the fact that plates remained on the tables for a long time without being collected were unpleasant. The trash bins in the bathrooms were also quite worn out. The grilled products were overcooked, resulting in a loss of flavor. I believe that products such as fish, in particular, should be prepared with more control and care. Unfortunately, the desserts were also below expectations. At the bar area, staff touching their hair while preparing coffee is a detail that requires attention in terms of hygiene. Although it may seem minor, it affects the guest’s sense of trust. Despite this, the effort of the employees is noticeable. With a little more care and attention, this facility could reach a much better standard.

Im saving you all the headache and wasting money It's a very terrible resort With low quality food and the area the resort is located in is very dirty You have to buy wifi It will not work otherwise The breakfast lunch dinner is on repeat daily We were sick of it

Honestly don’t take any negative reviews on board, I say to the negative reviews if you are rich then book another hotel! However they have still stayed at resort!! 😂😂 I have worked all over the world as a travel critic and I am here now just what I expected ! Lovely 💯💯❤️

We went on the 22nd April for 2 weeks. I must state that the staff are friendly and did everything we asked, however we saw that they weren’t so nice with others, they also protect some people more than others. We were first put into a room that was not on the website nor pictures and had a very funny smell, almost like sewage with mold and crack ceiling, after expressing this was not what we saw nor were offered , we were moved rooms 2 days layer. The new room was spacious and cleaned every day, well mopped swept and restocked with the sheets changed once in 2 weeks, the sides are not wiped. The food is average all inclusive, you’d never starve but would definitely want to eat out atleast once at the fizz bar, they don’t have a pool even though they MAY tell you there is. Entertainment practically none existent, one song danced to around the pool at 11-12 ish and at night they have entertainment however it was never on the stage, just on the floor near the shops by the automatic doors with little seating. Onto our main issue, many members of the staff were aware and saw how many times young women were approached by men, asking them to come back to their room, this happened to me and my partner many times, with her being rubbed on the back under her shirt and followed to the toilet despite expressing no interest, we were also followed back to the room at 2am by a man making advances about coming into the room. The stay was overall nothing to grumble about, but you defo get what you pay for.
