The Regnum Crown is top of the top hotels. Service is exceptional; from the entrance we were welcomed with champange and strawberries in choclate. Special thanks to Mr. Rasul Mustafaev who welcomed us like VIP’s; explained everything about hotel, showed us every place we need to expierence. Thak You very much Mr. Rasul Mustafaev!

We chose this hotel to celebrate our 4th anniversary with our 1-year-old, and it has been a complete disaster. Although they have Efes, they claimed they ran out, making it seem like the entire resort just doesn’t care. After a long flight, we were met with total indifference. The swim-up room we booked wasn’t heated, despite every source saying it was. All à la carte restaurants were extra charges, even though we paid for ‘all-inclusive plus,’ so we still don’t know what that means. Our room had ants, and the pool was so filthy our footprints were visible. Despite multiple requests, the room was never cleaned properly—trash and old food left out, and no evening turndown service. Basic hotels do a turndown service, but not here—we had to tidy ourselves. The staff were not only unhelpful but rude, leaving us to deal with everything. This hotel does not deserve its top-tier reputation—it still feels like a basic, uninspired hotel. If you are reading this, think twice before booking—this is not luxury, and I will not be recommending it to anyone.

The hotel is outstanding - stayed in the crown and have also stayed in carya a number of times. The facilities, room, food and service all great. The updated water park is brilliant with lots to do for all ages. I’ve been to a number of hotels in the area and rate the kids club very highly, my kids made friends, got involved in lots of activities and never wanted to leave when it was time. The staff were very attentive and professional - they keep in touch through WhatsApp sending pictures of the kids so we can see and keep their memories, lovely touch.

The hotel and golf course are exceptional and Zahra looked after us in the Lobby Bar. All staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble.
