Regnum Carya

Amazing hotel, lots to do for kids. We will be back absolutely 10-10, we are always ready to come home after 9 nights but we would definitely do another 5 nights there is so much to do.

We have just returned from a stay at Regnum Carya and had a wonderful family holiday. The resort offers an impressive range of facilities, beautiful grounds, excellent pools, a lovely beach, and plenty to keep both adults and children entertained. There is a great deal to like here, and many aspects of the resort live up to its reputation. What stood out most during our stay was the staff. Hospitality can make or break a holiday, and the people at Regnum are its greatest asset. A special thank you to Cetrin and Ibrahim at the pool bar, who were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Akuba at Bamboo Club also provided exceptional service and always made us feel welcome. The entire Leo Club team deserves recognition as well. Their enthusiasm, patience, and genuine care helped make our children's holiday memorable and gave us confidence that they were in good hands. The accommodation was comfortable, and the beds were among the most comfortable we have experienced at a resort. Everyone in the family slept extremely well, which made a real difference after busy days enjoying the facilities. The food selection throughout the resort was extensive, and there was always something appealing to eat. The main buffet deserves credit for the sheer variety on offer. My only suggestion would be regarding the layout. The buffet is so large that, depending on where you are seated, the walk back to your table can be quite lengthy. On several occasions, hot food had cooled noticeably by the time we returned to our seats. This is certainly a better problem to have than a lack of choice, but it is something worth considering. No resort is perfect, and we did encounter a few minor issues. The light fitting on our balcony was hanging loose when we arrived, and we had to make multiple requests on several occasions before coffee supplies and minibar items were replenished. None of these issues ruined our holiday, but they were areas where attention to detail could have been better. The wine selection was perfectly acceptable, but I believe there is room for improvement. At a resort operating at this level, a broader selection of higher-quality wines would better complement the dining experience and enhance the luxury feel. My biggest criticism concerns the pricing of some of the optional extras. The arcade and paid amusements felt particularly expensive, with some games costing around €5 per play. I have no objection to charging for these activities, but at that price point we found ourselves using them far less than we otherwise would have. Similarly, the €100 charge for shisha felt difficult to justify. Luxury resorts naturally charge a premium, but a price in the region of €35–€50 would have felt much more reasonable and encouraged greater participation. One suggestion that I believe would significantly improve the guest experience would be the introduction of designated phone-free or headphones-only quiet areas around the pools and dining venues. During our stay, there were numerous occasions where guests played videos, games, music, or phone calls through device speakers at high volume. While this is ultimately the responsibility of individual guests, it can detract from the relaxed and premium atmosphere that many visitors come to Regnum to enjoy. I would encourage the resort to establish clear expectations regarding the use of personal devices in shared spaces and to empower staff to politely address situations where noise from phones and tablets is disturbing other guests. In fact, creating designated quiet areas could become a genuine selling point and further reinforce Regnum's position as a luxury destination focused on comfort, relaxation, and consideration for others. These criticisms are relatively minor in the context of what was otherwise an excellent holiday. Regnum Carya succeeds because of its people, its facilities, and its ability to provide a genuinely enjoyable experience for families. The staff consistently worked hard, remained positive, and made guests feel welcome. We would happily return and would recommend Regnum Carya to other families looking for a luxury resort in Belek. With a few adjustments to some of the pricing and a little more attention to housekeeping details, it could move from being a very good resort to an exceptional one. Most importantly, the staff mentioned above are a credit to the hotel and are a major reason why our stay was so enjoyable.

The hotel was amazing, we came with family and had good time, we had a 3 rooms and all the families were satisfied with everything especially restaurant, activities and all the show, and especial thanks to Alireza who works in Guest Relations. He is amazing and were very friendly to us. hope to see you all again soon

Lovely experience overall with lovely location, facilities, food and staff great. Only feedback would be that the restaurant booking system is poor as we were told no bookings needed prior to arriving and that you can only book 2 days ahead. We tried each day and everything was always booked or had to be like 9.45pm, not ideal when with young kids. Then when we turn up at the restaurants they were always half empty…..

Zahrq? Alper, Selahattin, Naif and Ebubekir was crazy and they was taking care all about our wishes in the bar Palm Beach. They Party was very nice and ceazy but this gusys was always ready to make it for us better than every party i europe. Only because of them im ready to come again
