Absolutely first class. Everything about this hotel was superb – the rooms, service, food, and facilities were all outstanding. Easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The golf course was immaculate, and the practice area was top quality too. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough. 💪🏼⛳️🌟

I chose Regnum Carya expecting world-class service, but my recent stay ended in deep disappointment and feelings of humiliation. Despite several minor issues throughout the week that I chose to overlook, an incident on my fifth day completely ruined my experience. To put this into context, I have been a loyal guest of this hotel for four years, visiting twice every summer—in June and August. I have always been delighted with the service and have recommended Regnum Carya to all my friends and acquaintances, many of whom have become regular guests themselves. Unfortunately, after this recent stay, my opinion has changed drastically. As a guest of Regnum Carya, I decided to walk over to the nearby Regnum Crawn property (to which guests have authorized access) to grab some water at a cafe. On the beach, I was stopped by a security guard in an extremely aggressive manner. Instead of a polite greeting, he immediately launched into a harsh interrogation in front of other guests: 'Are you from Regnum? Are you from this hotel?' When I explained that I was in swimwear and could not carry my room key with me, and offered to walk with him to my sunbed to prove my guest status, he continued to ask completely inappropriate and intrusive questions: 'Are you here alone? Do you have children? Do you have a husband?' This behavior was utterly unprofessional. The guard shamed me publicly in front of other guests, treating me as if I were a trespasser. It was a deeply distressing and humiliating experience. What shocked me even more was the hotel’s reaction. When I reported this to assistant, I received no apology for the guard’s rudeness. Instead, I was given a cold, scripted response stating that 'security guards are doing their job, and it is in your best interest for safety.' The hotel management failed to acknowledge that guest relations should never involve public shaming or a total lack of common courtesy. The situation further deteriorated upon check-out. Despite never being informed of any changes to the rules, we were called and questioned in a rude tone about why we were still on the property, clearly pressuring us to leave immediately. A hotel that claims to be top-tier should never allow its staff to treat loyal, long-term guests like intruders. I used to be a dedicated patron, but after this experience, I will never recommend this hotel again, and I have no desire to return.

The hotel is incredible, the kids club is unreal - I’ve never seen anything like it with the huge variety of activities they have on each day, the staff are brilliant with them. My only disappointment is not being able to book restaurants during our one week stay. All the a-la-carts restaurants were fully booked every night, and I didn’t want to eat at the buffet or Chuckies the American diner every night.

Luxury can be found in many places, but genuine hospitality is much rarer. What impressed us most about Regnum was not only the prestige and attention to detail that have made it one of the most admired resorts in the world, but the exceptional people behind the brand. Every interaction was marked by kindness, professionalism, warmth, and a sincere desire to help. The level of care and attention we received was truly remarkable and unlike anything we have experienced before. The hotel itself is equally impressive. Thoughtfully designed and flawlessly maintained, it manages to meet and exceed the expectations of every guest, from the youngest children to the most discerning adults. Every detail feels considered, and every space reflects a clear intention to offer comfort and memorable experiences for all ages. I can only encourage all to give this place a chance, you truly won’t regret it. If you’re looking to experience luxury in its purest, most authentic form, where every detail is carefully thought through and every guest is made to feel genuinely valued, this is exactly the kind of place that delivers on that promise.
