Regnum The Crown

Well this our second trip this year to the Regnum. We have enjoyed this hotel for many years, and to myself and my wife they could not do enough for us. We were staying at the Crown which is a great experience, but both hotels within the complex have their own appeals. The restaurants surrounding the exterior and interior of the Crown are superb, and the little takeaways surround the perimeter are a nice touch,if you and the children want a quick lunch if enjoying the pools , in the afternoon, but note they shut at 5pm. We must thank Cafer and his staff at the Alia for giving my wife a lovely birthday . The shows are something to view,, but start in pearl event at 10pm approx, but if you cannot make the show you can also sit down and relax within the bar areas and enjoy some nice live music, which we found relaxing after a great evening meal . We found the staff very attentive,and friendly, the roller skaters were phenomenal around the pools always round and making sure you were served, Miriam,nior,Engin,muso,and Kayra , and not forgetting Dowgan,all do a fantastic job,i could go on but there is so many, but sometimes we forget about all the staff that do the other work, such as the towel guys, the cleaners and also the lifeguards These workers are the back bone of the hotel and they do an amazing job around the pool areas. We found the pool areas started to get really busy by 10.30,but the management seems to have it well under control. We cannot say much about the waterpark or Leos kids club, but in April we had the Grandchildren and they loved it, We would like thank all the management that make our stay a wonderful experience. We send our days on the pier at the Crown which is our favourite place to relax but the best part is our gorgeous pier waiter Vedat. He is amazing giving us most wonderful service nothing is to much trouble for him he is sensational and we are so grateful for his kindness & service 🙏🏼 Thank Vedat you are a beautiful soul inside & out ❤️

Our stay at Regnum The Crown was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful modern design, luxurious facilities, spacious and elegant rooms, outstanding food, and impeccable service. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a world-class guest experience. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at Ahcan Nikos Restaurant. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Shirin from Guest Relations for recommending this wonderful restaurant. The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was outstanding, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. A special thank you also goes to Nikos, the restaurant manager, for his warm hospitality and professionalism. Most importantly, we would like to recognize Shirin for her exceptional care throughout our stay. She was always attentive, helpful, and genuinely concerned about making sure everything was perfect for us. Her kindness, dedication, and constant support made a real difference and made us feel truly valued as guests. Regnum The Crown sets a very high standard for luxury hospitality, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday experience. We look forward to returning again in the future.
