I would like to share our exceptionally positive experience from our stay at Regnum Crown Hotel, with special recognition for the Guest Relations team. During our stay, we were assisted by Shirin, and we can confidently say that her professionalism and dedication had a significant impact on the overall quality of our visit. From the very first interaction, she was extremely polite, attentive, and highly responsive to our needs. Every request we had was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail, and communication was always clear and seamless. Shirin stands out not only for her professionalism, but also for her genuine care for guests. She consistently anticipated our needs and offered thoughtful solutions that made us feel truly valued. Her approach reflects the highest standards of hospitality one would expect from a luxury hotel. Thanks to people like Shirin, a stay at Regnum Crown becomes more than just a holiday – it turns into a memorable experience. We highly recommend this hotel and truly hope to return in the future.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel. It is excellent. Our entire holiday was wonderful from start to finish at the crown. Superb room. Lots of space in seascape room for a family of 5. Wonderful view. Waterpark outstanding. Plenty to do for all ages. Pools heated. All slides, lazy river, wave pool open during our trip through the last week of april. The only thing not open at the waterpark was the food area. Very limited food available at the waterpark, only a very small snack bar that has hot dogs/ice cream. So planned trips here post lunch. All pools at crown are heated and very comfortable for adults and kids to swim in. Rooftop pool was a fab treat and we loved the vibe. Never crowded. Fenale lifeguard there very pleasant and chatty. Please note that pool shoes are a must. The pool surface at the crown are rough and scrapes kids feet (when they bouncing around like monkeys) if not wearing pool shoes! Sun loungers plentiful at all times of the day. Never had any difficulty. Asked a towel attendant on one occasion when a bit more full, who immediately directed us to vacant loungers nearby. Bamboo kids club at the crown - fantastic staff. Shout out to viktoria who was so kind and welcoming to our children. Felt safe and secure. Familiar staff throughout the week. Whatsapp updates on their activites. Our kids actually asked us to let them go on a daily basis. Kids club at the carya is huge! And a great place to entertain the kiddos also. Onsite large playpark, petting zoo farm also a bit hit with the kids. Food brilliant. Lotus especially good for breakfast and lunch and all food can be made gluten free which was a huge bonus for our coeliac son. Riviera is a lovely setting and good lunches here. Kids loved the food court street area with pizza/fries/salads/gozelme/ice cream/noodles/fruit/Kebab choices. Paola slightly let us down with no real coeliac safe bakery items, however they did go out of their way to procure me a lovely gluten free cake slice from lotus and brought it to us. Gluten free meals could be pre-ordered at any restaurant but had to be done in advance. Do this in person at guest services who are very helpful (dont use the WhatsApp contact for this). Generally well labelled allergens in the buffet. Yhe buffet will make you gluten free food fresh from kitchen by tequesting from the host/reception area on arrival but you will have a short wait if ot done in advance. The other restaurants - food must be pre-ordered. Son didn't get glutened the whole holiday which we were very happy about and still got to enjoy ice cream! The sushi at yan li Chinese restaurant is outstanding. I wish id ordered more. Service throughout the hotel was excellent. We had some really lovely interactions with staff and who were always very pleasant and chatty with the kids. Didn't wait for a drink once. We had great family time in the spa indoor pool and family sauna and hammam. The spa is super quiet in the mornings and lunchtime. Quite often we had the entire place to ourselves. Evening shows on at carya. Start at 10pm, quite late, but seen a few and were fine. Dont be put off by an april visit. Aim for very end of April, more pool facilities etc available. Yes, some restaurants were ot open - nikos, al wahi and riviera and mexa not open for dinner (only lunch/breakfast). However this did not dampen our experience as plenty of other options and nothing was ever crowded or busy. Gym fab. Free weight section decent and all typical gym weight machines available. Again, never crowded. Open early am. Book this holiday. You wont regret it. Ignore silly negative comments.

Erdal spoiled us at the Mexican restaurant. The food was amaaaaaazing, the cocktails even better!
