Rixos Park Belek – The Land of Legends Theme Park Free Access

We’ve stayed at several Rixos properties before, including Göcek, Sharm El Sheikh, and hotels in the UAE, so we came to Rixos Park with high expectations based on our previous experiences with the brand. Unfortunately, this was by far the most disappointing stay we’ve had within the Rixos chain. From the moment we arrived, we experienced issues with the AC in our room. Trying to communicate the problem to reception and guest relations was extremely difficult, as very few staff members spoke English, and there was little effort made to properly assist us. We were repeatedly given excuses rather than solutions, and the issue was only resolved after our travel agent contacted the hotel directly on our behalf. Although we appreciated being upgraded and moved to another room, the mattress in the new room was completely worn out and clearly damaged. Housekeeping and even the supervisor acknowledged the issue and promised to replace it, but nobody ever followed up. The food experience was also disappointing. We were served burnt food multiple times, and the buffet selection felt very limited and repetitive throughout the stay. Once again, communication with staff was challenging due to the language barrier. The only genuinely positive experience we had was the support provided through the hotel’s WhatsApp customer service, which was responsive and professional throughout. We are a peaceful couple who specifically choose higher-end resorts to relax and enjoy a stress-free vacation, not to spend time complaining or escalating issues. Sadly, Rixos Park did not reflect the level of service, hospitality, or quality we’ve come to expect from other Rixos hotels.

Amazing hotel experience, first class service from the staff and management. Clean rooms, staff on point to fulfill every possible need. Great food choices

Just got back from this hotel and have to say absolutely brilliant how anyone can give this place 1star or even 3 stars is beyond me I am well travelled person been all over the world this is my first time in turkey The grounds are immaculate and beautiful we stayed in the orient area rooms are great aircon is the coldest I’ve experienced for the price you pay you can’t go wrong buffet is your typical buffet fare all ways plenty to eat the people’s restaurant is like a alacarte restaurant that’s serves meals 24 hours wasn’t keen on the menu after 10 pm but breakfast dinner was brilliant Free entrance into LOL was a great add on but all in all great stay will defo have another week here next year with the kids and grandkids spot on

We had an excellent time, Trishia was very helpful in sorting our travel to Land Of Legends! We had a fantastic time!!

We loved the heated pool, the big room with amazing sea views and big balcony. The beach was also very nice and you could choose between grass or sand! The complex is huge, and in May it wasn’t crowded so we enjoyed some peaceful holidays.
